Chris the owner was great to work with. He installed and replaced our crumbling front stairs with blocks, pavers, and bluestone treads. He also built a small block retaining wall around a flower bed, installed a freeform paver walkway, a paver border around a mulched area, and pavers under an arbor entrance to my backyard. Chris was extremely accommodating with a good eye for his craft. We had an idea of what we wanted and Chris interpretation was better than our visions. The job went smoothly and was finished faster than originally stated. The job foreman and workers were all pleasant and also very accommodating. Although Chris was not always at the job site, he did pop in periodically and was available anytime we needed him. It has been about a year since the job was completed and we are still very happy with the results and everything looks great! I have and will continue to recommend Landscape Images.

Very attractive and professional finished product at lower cost than 5 other estimates. Some hiccups with scheduling and one small area that had to be redone but Chris was agreeable and easy to work with throughout.

Chris came out right away and he put together and explained his game plan to me. He was flexible with the plan and offered add ons as we went. He sent 5 men over on each of two days to get the work done quickly and he was here the first day as well to go over our decisions. Chris and his crew were amazing to work with and I would highly recommend them. They installed a patio and steps for me between the house and the pool and they did a phenomenal job. Chris is VERY attentive to detail, as am I, and he was great on giving recommendations throughout the installation. He was on time, on budget, and finished everything in just days. I look forwarding to using him again for another project this spring. Chris is busy, so plan ahead, but well worth the wait! Thanks Chris... and I LOVE the steps btw... I wouldn't change a thing :)

Working with Chris was an excellent experience. We bought a short sale home on 1.3 acres that needed total regrading to address flooding in the backyard and around the home. Chris came in and was able to expertly assess what needed to be done. His team completely regraded the yard. They had to install several french drains from the house to the stream at the back of the property. They lined the entire house with a beautiful river rock stone, removed dead trees, cleaned up our existing landscaping, and seeded front and back yards. All of this was done at a very reasonable price, with exceptional workers. He was right on target with how long the project would take. We knew we were in good hands from start to finish and have confidence our water issues will be a thing of the past. They even fixed our mailbox on their way out! We can't wait to have them back next year to do some professional landscaping. Thanks!

From coming to give an estimate to completion of the project Chris and his crew were a pleasure to work with. He was on time when he came for the estimate. Chris listened to what I needed to have done and priced out the project fairly. His was one of 4 estimates I had gotten. Chris was not the cheapest but I hired him because he gave me realistic expectations, set a start and completion date and did not pressure me to hire him immediately because of his busy schedule. I felt very comfortable that I was not going to be taken advantage of as the project progressed by constantly raising the price because of “unexpected “ costs. On the day the project was to start Chris and his crew arrived on time and he gave very detailed information to his crew as to what needed to be done. He had all the equipment necessary and the crew got to work immediately. They were pleasant and I felt comfortable being home alone while they worked. The project took four days to complete and as minor issues came up the crew worked through them as part of the job. Chris never ignored a phone call or text message from me. All materials for the work were delivered on time as needed. The crew was never sitting around waiting for materials to continue working. There was a lot of work involved and I never once questioned my decision to hire Landscape Images to do the work. Chris went outside the scope of the project to leave my property in excellent condition when the job was done. I will absolutely reach out to Chris as more work needs to be done in the future.

The project was to remove our existing lawn, regrade, and replace topsoil in order to start a new lawn. They removed too much soil and did not replace enough soil, leaving low spots in the yard. The edging and patio that used to be level with the yard are now three inches higher than the lawn, making it much easier to trip on the edging and edge of patio. We had them come out to fill in more top soil, but it still was not enough to make up for the soil he stripped away. They also walked off with one of my shovels, which they returned weeks later and it was not even mine.

Workmanship and service personnel were of excellent quality. While cost was slightly higher than others, value for money was very good. Excellent work, good cleanup and attention to detail.

The team was great. Chris came to my house and discussed options to fix my flooded back yard. He installed a drywell and extended my gutters away from the house to pop ups in the yard. It solved my water issues. Because of the success, I have hired them again for more work.
