Mike was very honest and stated my grout was in great shape and did not need to be replaced. Mike did re-caulk my tub and toilet area and did a great job at a reasonable price.

Mike is very friendly and professional. Grouted our shower stall, fixed a crack in a tile. He returned to check out a leak in the same shower to make sure the crack was sealed. Very satisfied!!

Mike called after the request was sent to him. He gave my wife and I a price quote to do the work and set a date. On that date he showed up and completed the job in a very clean and professional way. I highly recommend "Sure Step Inc" to do regrouting of your bathrooms or anywhere in the house!! I would like to mention few points why "Sure Step Inc". 1. The person, Mike Dworkin, who comes see your bathroom for free estimate is the person actually does the re-grouting work. He knows exactly what he needs to do. 2. The price - super reasonable. It was literally 1/2 off of what others quoted. 3. Professional - Mike did a meticulous job on our bathrooms. He actually tracked down the original contractor who installed our tiles and matched the color of grout! We are very happy that we choose "Sure Step Inc".

Mike Dworkin is an extremely courteous, on-time, and skilled professional. He responded to my request for an estimate immediately and scheduled the work very quickly. His grout and caulking repair work was excellent, and his cleanup after finishing the job was completely thorough. I would hire him again in the future and recommend him without hesitation.
