Established Construction contracted me immediately after I posted on Angi. They came to give me the estimate the next day. The work was done the day after I excepted the estimate. You couldnt ask for better service or nicer people to deal with.

They are professional, efficient, and give good advice/idea. We will definitely call them for other projects, and you should too!

We called ESTABLISHED CONSTRUCTION to replace & reattach several pieces of aluminum siding fascia that were blown off one side of our home during a severe wind storm and to seal up a few areas on the other side of the house where birds were nesting in the eaves. Val gave us a very reasonable estimate which included doing the work right then and there. A few short hours later all the work was complete and done very much to our satisfaction. Fascia has been replaced, the birds are gone. My wife and I both agree Val is very friendly, upfront and honest; not one who promises one result and then doesn't deliver. We will always consider Val (ESTABLISHED CONSTRUCTION) first for all our future home repair needs.

Definitely Recommending Val, he did a super job of power washing our pool deck and retaining wall and then applying a new finish to our old concrete deck and walkways around our 18 x 36 in-ground pool. Looks brand new! He also had a railing installed going up the 3 steps to the pool deck. Workmanship was excellent and completed within a week. We will call him for future projects. Had a great experience with Established Construction when I needed to have my front masonry steps rebuilt and new railings installed. Got a great price quote from Val on a Thursday, awarded the contract on Friday and work was performed a little over a week later. The rebuild was completed in one day and the railings were installed the following week. The work was professionally done and the new steps and railings look great. I was also pleased that everything was cleaned up and the scrap bricks and railings were hauled away. I would highly recommend Established Construction for any kind of work that is needed around your property.

Val was very attentive, came back three times to continue to check on portions of his original work that required added touch-ups. He is accessible when needed, and has a great work ethic. Definitely recommend this company for your construction or repair work.

I've used Val previous and gave him a recommendation so when it came time to fix my back stoop/steps I called him. Val was quick to get the job done. He is hard working and doesnâ t sugar coat anything. He Kept his words which none of the other contractors that worked for me did! He saved us money with materials to the best of his abilities by re-using the same materials and gave us advice on the cost effective materials. Just a suggestion for the people who hire him that if you are in a rush to get something done then Adjust the work schedule and let him work. He knows his work and wants to get the job done as quick as possible as he is very busy. So if he has an opening in his book then donâ t wait. Because he told me he will finish in 3 days and thatâ s exactly what it took him. On the last day he worked with another person from 8 am to 10 pm just to keep his word and his schedule. Also pay him some cash since he has to pay his workers.

The owner operator is very polite and professional. He goes above and beyond to make the final product look perfect and his attention to detail is top notch.
