Val re-grouted / repaired my shower and fireplace hearth, replaced several rows of bricks on my chimney and placed a new chimney cap. He and his brother did excellent work.

They came on time and finished the job as they promised. Finished work was very satisfactory.

Professional arrived on schedule and dud a outstanding job. A little more than I expected to pay based on your quote. But worth the extra due to the manpower necessary to do the job.

I really appreciated that they showed up on time for the estimate, were able to give me an estimate right on the spot and were able to fix my fence the same day. I also greatly appreciated some of the small touches they did for things I didn't ask them to do like putting a different lock on the fence to make sure the gate closed easily was greatly appreciated. I would be glad to hire Established for future jobs.

Val came out on a Sunday AM to us to repair a piece of aluminum siding that tore off our house taking along a vent cover, leaving a large opening directly in to our attic. We were new customers; he owed us no favors. And yet he appreciated the urgency in making this repair. We are looking for repairs to be done now, we appreciated his work so much!

Val and Sony are awesome! Highly recommend them for house projects!

Good work and very polite guys. We had some bathroom tiles that needed to be regroated. We got a quote based on an expectation of water damage underneath the floor and wall tiles, and a need to cut and fit tiles. The quote was high, but he did not want to underestimate then ask for more. We agreed.  Fortunately, there was only a bit of damage that required replacement of a small piece of wood under the floor. A couple of hours work only, no materials.  We supplied full tiles- no cutting to fit. When finished I asked what the total would be since the job was less involved and he stuck firm on the original quote.  I honored it and paid it, but I think he should have made an adjusted down since it was less of a job than expected.

Val did and amazing job with my stair repair, he arrived on time and did an excellent job! I will definitely hire him for my other projects!

Excellent job done by Val and his brother, a mom-and-pop organization with great skills. The problem is, you need to know what the job is really worth or they will bid so high that even if you negotiate a few hundred off, they are still overcharging, by a lot. Posts for a fence replacement started at $200 each (in reality, they are at most $30). I paid Val $100 each (after researching the wrong type of post, cedar instead of pressure-treated, my mistake, which Val was happy to capitalize on) and thought I made a good deal. Jokes on me. Val would not produce an invoice to prove the worth of the posts, and each time I brought it up, he talked in the same circular manner about the quality of the posts instead of actual costs. If you are not aware of labor and materials costs, do not recommend.

We hired Val to repair our kitchen ceiling which was damaged from a bathroom leak directly upstairs and to install a new bathroom floor. We left it up to him to pick out a suitable color for the floor tiles, and he installed tiles that were a perfect match for the room decor. He also, at no additional charge, cleaned up the old caulk around the tub and recaulked it. While he was there, we also had him recap our chimney and replace the old faucet stems in the bathtub. All in all, his crew showed up on time, accomodated our special needs and did an excellent job. We are keeping his contact info for any future jobs we may need to have done.

Val was great from start to finish. He gave us a great price on the roof and while he was there asked us what else we were doing to improve the home, and he ended up sheet rocking our living room and tiling our kitchen with perfection and got all 3 projects done in 21/2 days. I would highly recommend this company for all construction needs.

I highly recommend Val. Same day I contacted him he came and gave me an estimate. A few days later he replaced the chainlink gate for a larger opening, Repaired another fence area, secured all gutters & leaders and other misc. repairs including cement work for a reasonable price. I will contact him any further repairs.
