It went great. The movers were very flexible, friendly, and able to move large, heavy furniture perfectly.

The movers were very nice and completed the work very fast to stay within the time window. However, my wood floors were scratched a little.

Prior to the move, there was excellent communication with the company, questions answered right away, and a very fair estimate given. The movers came on time and they were very efficient, friendly, and they moved my piano up 29 steps and around a bannister with no problem. This is truly a great moving company!

Got quoted a price of $2400 ended up paying over $4000. Total scammers. I understand if there are some up charges to the move but to more than double the price of the quote is unacceptable.

I hired them twice - the 1st time in 2020 was great, but the 2nd time in 2021 not so much. They were much slower and did things that I just can't understand. For example, they obviously tried to dissemble my small utility shelf, which could definitely fit in the truck with no problem. They didn't even consult me before doing it, and they definitely didn't do it successfully as some of my parts are missing now. In addition, 2 out 3 people seemed like they were clueless about the job! All these added up to increase the time needed, which increased the final cost. I had to participate in the unloading eventually, otherwise it'll be even more expensive! I still tipped them 20% but I definitely won't hire them again, because what's the point of hiring professional while you still do half of the work?!!

It was fantastic! The movers had two storage units in Jersey cleared out and had all the boxes moved into my new home in Queens in under 2.5 hours.

Everything was super smooth, quick and easy - the movers were very professional.

Communication was solid through the process. Small changes to the service were respected and the responses over-the-phone were polite and efficient. Some confusion about contact numbers for text, but speaking directly was never a problem. Moving team communicated well and respected the process.

It was great. They were quick. They didn't break anything. They were on time. They didn't scratch the walls of the apartment.

Quick, efficient, careful, and nice! These guys are awesome and work so hard to get your move done as quick as possible while maintaining a high level of care for your belongings. 10/10!

Great! Took a little longer then expected, but smooth and professional service. Not even one wine glass broke 🤗 just amazing.
