Original review: The work on the floor was very sloppy; grout over old grout and dirt; splotches of grout left to dry on tiles, tub and sink surfaces. Instead of clean grout lines, interfaces with the tub and floor are smeared, extending dried grout onto surrounding surfaces. Update: He returned to fix the problems mostly to my satisfaction, so I upgraded my rating from a 1 star to three.

WOW! Ken came out the next day to give us an estimate, he was very professional, did an amazing job on our kitchen and bathroom floors thy look NEW! This saved us a lot of money because we were going to replace the floors! I would recommend Ken to everyone!
