This was the first time they came, so I am evaluating a deeper cleaning, not a regular every week or every 2 week cleaning. The women who cleaned were excellent, very careful to follow directions- we have several special cleaning items which require different care. They were excellent!

We have someone clean the house twice a week for 3 hours each day. The person always arrives on time. Works hard and fast. No listening to TV, checking their phone, drinking, eating or taking a break. Very satisfied. Recommend this service very highly.

My house was gross! I had three other people here cleaning but they weren t getting the job done! Last company didn t touch showers at all and I paid for the deep cleaning! These ladies were wonderful and my house looks and smells amazing! I don t want to let my three boys in!!

I had used a name brand cleaning company for years and when we moved I decide to try someone new. I had no idea how much I was over paying and the subpar quality I was getting until now. This cleaning company is amazing, their attention to detail is on point. When they are finished my house sparkles and it smells GREAT!!! On top of that their prices are very reasonable. Do not pass on this cleaning company!!!

We had this service for a year and finally had to discontinue them when we had enough ! Communication - This company is owned/run by people from the former Soviet republics and speak very basic to no English. So the communication in general was a challenge. Cleaning - The Cleaning staff is a mixed bag, there are some hard working girls and then there are some that will cut corners and/or simply do not understand what was expected from them. Every cleaning we had to explain what we needed them to focus on and what to skip. As they had upped the rate from the originally agreed upon rate because 'there was too much to clean' Scheduling - The owner/manager is unorganized and unprofessional. We had requested and were allotted a 'fixed' time upon request, however the night before the job, almost every time, we would get hassled to reschedule to better fit their schedule.... We just wanted our house cleaned w/o being hassled constantly, i guess we were asking for too much. And the best part came.....When we complained about this constant shuffling of schedules, in broken English via Txt messages we were given a lesson on 'Micromanagement' and called 'Immoral' cuz we did not feel comfortable leaving them a key to the house or provide garage codes so they could just come in when it suited them ! It was a big turn off to do business with a company that doesn't value their customers and more importantly keep their word !

They seem ONLY interested in money after job is done. We had written about couple of issues that we had when they cleaned the house but instead of addressing the same in the response email they were just interested in getting paid for the work even though the work was not satisfactory. Very unprofessional and lost a recurring business.
