The first company I called did not come after waiting for 1/2 a day.
Maria confirmed that she would be able to come the next day.
Maria arrived close to the agreed time, but was few minutes late.
I liked that she did not try to provide an estimate over the phone. However, she was not able to give me an estimate without calling someone. After giving me an estimate she was prepared to begin immediately.
I thought the price was high, but I needed the work to be done.
Maria's Cleaning provided the supplies and vacuum cleaner. I was happy that with the work that she provided.
There were a few things overlooked like vents and louvered door slats. I was pretty sure it was an oversight,
and would be taken care of within the next cleaning or two. I know it gets better with time.
However, the price I was quoted for bi-weekly cleaning would be $400 per month. Weekly was going to be $500.00.
My request was for the 2nd and 3rd floors only.
Kitchen, Living room, Dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths.
The two floors below and garage area were not part of the request.
I was / am unable to pay the fees quoted.

Maria responded to my frantic call for help in October when my regular cleaning lady bailed on me during an emergency. She showed up and began to start cleaning at the time that she said she would. (In the event she is running late, she will get in touch and let you know which is very much appreciated!).
Maria has a good attitude and is very pleasant to interact with. Her cleaning service is however inconsistent. It is clear that where she has ample time she looks at every detail and does a great job. However that results in not the greatest of time management. For example she ends up spending so much time on one part of the home doing such a splendid job that another part then either barely gets touched or is a rushed and sloppy job.
Also I have to mention that I don't grudge paying for good service, but when I get charged for service and then have the service not performed completely because of lack of time on the service providers part- well that's just unprofessional. Maria charged me upfront for some extras. I paid in good faith. Because of the superstorm we had to reschedule the completion of those extras (quite understandable and not an issue). In the interest of ease of scheduling for myself, I asked that those extras just be fullfilled at her next monthly cleaning. Maria agreed.
At her last visit, she was running late due to traffic and called me promptly and let me know. Which was good. However, before she left for the evening, she did not complete the services that I had paid for in good faith and in fact would have just left without telling me it was not done if I hadn't specifically questioned it. In addition, the regular cleaning was spotty- great in some areas and incomplete in others. I mentioned this to her while she was rushing out the door as it was quite late in the evening. I have not as yet heard back on a follow-up and am ambiguous about using her service again.
My conclusion- if Maria has enough time she will do a great job however she must manage her time better to be able to provide consistent quality throughout the home. If she feels she underestimated the work, she should bring up the subject of compensation promptly and in an upfront manner and let the home owner decide if they want to pay extra to get a job done completely.

I love them. Maria comes out with her husband. They are very efficient and diligent with their work. The floor has never looked so clean, and they will do other things that you ask them as well. They split up and do the work in a very timely manner. The price is very reasonable, and they were done within about 3 and a half hours.

Overall they are really well mannered in terms of coming and taking care of everything. She’s very prompt and good at remembering the little nuances.

They were great. I worked with the owner of the company. She lives not too far away from my house. She and the husband were the two who arrived to clean my house. I contacted them on Monday, which was after I got in contact with the other provider. They arrived on Wednesday, they were scheduled to be here at 3 o’clock but they arrived at 2:30pm. In terms of price, it was very economical for the type of service that we received. Their quality of work was wonderful. They were extremely responsive and professional. They were very punctual.
