About us

My name is Fredrick Mesmer; owner of Innovative Remodeling LLC. I’ve been working in the field of building trades; construction and carpentry, for eleven years. I have a large variety of knowledge and experience, with work on all different forms of projects. I’m willing to work on any kind of job to my client’s wishes; all my jobs that I have completed – I have always had overly satisfied customers. With all my projects, I am on the job from start to finish; every part of the job is done to perfection. There is no job I am not willing or capable of doing. I do every form of remodeling from residential to commercial; even small home repairs. I can do projects that are small enough that the only one on the job is myself; that can take one or two days. I can also do projects that can take a long extended time with an entire crew. I can do all forms of jobs from windows to doors, and so much more. I am never too busy, and I never charge to look at jobs, give estimates, or answer any question. The one thing I will always promise is to never have a displeased customer. I am very flexible with prices and always give a fair price; I believe in never over charging or under selling. I also grantee that there is never a part of the job that gets short-cutted. At the end of every job there is a happy and over joyed client, who will enjoy the work that has been done from remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors and so much more.
