Grace's Cleaning Service

Great service and great people!

After using this company for several months, I will no longer use their services. Today they were three hours behind schedule, and never bothered to call to let me know, although I have REPEATEDLY requested a courtesy call when they are running late. This is just plain rude and inconsiderate, and has happened numerous times. I was also not happy with the fact that it was not the same workers coming from one week to the next. I am very disappointed with this experience.

Grace's service was straightforward, prompt, extremely thorough and kind. They went above and beyond the job in terms of work and time but stuck with the original estimate.

I am thrilled with Grace's Cleaning Service. George is wonderful and extremely helpful with suggestions and he knows his stuff. I cannot wait for them to return next week. I've hired them for every other week cleaning and they beat my last cleaning service gilrs by 110%!

The owners are very nice, friendly, and flexible. Their crew of two other cleaners were efficient and hardworking. One of the owners stayed the whole time and worked. He even offered to go above and beyond the agreed-upon work. The rate was very fair, and the owner was insistent upon being thorough. Will use again! Recommended!
