Had Bedroom ceiling leaks at multiple places, so hired Regency over a month ago to fix the roof. John, the owner came himself to give a reasonable quote, his men did the work right away and also gave me a 5 Yr warranty. A few days later there were heavy rains, and little water was still seeping in, about 10% of the original amount. I called their office, John showed up the very next day, and this time went up to the roof, and re-did the entire work himself. It rained heavily during IDA hurricane, not a single drop of water leak. I am very impressed with their work, absolute professionalism and prompt response to my issue. I Highly recommend Regency.

I bought Home depot gutter guards from Gutterglove. It is probably one of the best and most expansive products on the market. In packages, I found very understandable installation instructions, which included all possible situations, which could be met during the installation. 10 years ago I would do it myself, but now I do not fit for this job and I was selected for installation Regency Home improvement LLC. It was my mistake. I highlight here two of my most important disappointments. 1. Everything was installed against instructions, not properly and badly. The guard was inserted between roof shingles, in most places, the front lip of the guard was not adjusted to the gutter, the end of the gutter was not properly closed with the guard and so on. 2. No respect for customers. After 3 phone calls, the appointment was set up between 8 and 9 am. After my phone call, around 10 am the appointment time was moved to 12 am. After my phone call around 1 pm, I received a call from Contractor John that he will stop by between 5 and 6 pm. And he did it. He explained that he was in Trenton. He can be in Arizona or Alaska. It is OK, I am not his boss. But I know that it will be normal for every good company to inform the customer in the morning, that contractor cannot keep the appointment and to approve a new time. I lost the whole day waiting for him and when I mention it John told me **I called you!** Yes, he did, but late! John sincerely does not understand that customers should be respected. They give the work. 3. I talked to John about 2 more jobs. His responses were not professional. Of course, it will be possible to do these jobs in his way, but it will be not optimal. I have an engineering background and I know how to find the necessary information and how to evaluate the job.

We had our chimney cleaned which also involved a wood burning stove. Pleased with the service performed as well as the customer service. We would definitely hire them again.

Absolutely please with the service performed. Even noticed my chimney based needed repair. Did the entire job in one day. Even gave a decent fee for new roof. Instead to use them in April for the roof. Courteous and professional in their work. If I could give ten stars, I would. I highly recommend Regency for your home needs.

Great customer service. Had to have a major overhaul and rebuild of an old stone chimney and they worked right through the weekend to finish the job because of impending inclement weather. Reasonably priced considering the effort expended and very personable individuals with which to deal.

The technicians arrived on time for both the estimate and repair appointments. The work was done in the time frame and at the price quoted. Nice clean job.

Matt from Regency came out to check my chimney. He explained where the problem was and I hired him to fix it. They re Honest and porfessional. I would highly recommend them!

Nick and Jon were very courteous, but the main office assistants are clueless. No follow-up, and they do not understand the meaning of customer service. The problem with the work Nick and Jon did was that it was a flat amateur and just bad. A few weeks after completing the gutter fell apart near the down spout.

I hired this company because they are gaf certified . They were able to find and match the same gaf shingle that was installed in my roof. Workers were skilled and Matt was checking on every detail. I m happy with their service!

Regency came out yesterday to clean my fireplace and chimney, after cleaning they ren a camera down to do inspection. Inspector said that things were ok with the flues and that I need some minor repairs done, they provided me a very detailed quote. They have a great customer service ! Will recommend them in future!

He advised I did not need the large repair that I was told, instead, I should just seal and boot a vent pipe that was above the tie-in. He saved me a bunch of money on a needles repair by being very honest. I would definitely hire him in the future if I need any work done!

Fast And Clean

Regency was communicative and honest. We hired them for our new siding and some roof work, they did a beautiful job on siding and repaired our roof correctly, no extra charges!

I was recommended this company from one of my neighbors and we used them on our roof and gutters, workers were professional and kind, the project manager was always there and ready to ask any question. Very clean and I feel that they gave me a good deal. I will use them again!

They always came on time, did a great job and cleaned up their mess.
