They?re very professional and do a good job.  We enjoy their services.  They?re professional, and quick and clean.  Our home looks great and they always give us A+ service.

Lately, we have been less satisfied with them so we may be searching again for a new company. We found them through Angie's List and we use them on a biweekly basis. They do not clean our entire house. They do just a partial cleaning. They are pretty flexible with the days and the time that we would like them to come and they seem pretty responsive. If I have a complaint, they try to come back and fix it. Their management seems to be pretty good. It is just that sometimes the people that we get do not always do the best job. Our most recent experience with them has not been that great. Sometimes the quality of their job is very good and sometimes it is bad but we still use them.

I was very dissatisfied with them. They may have improved by now but I don't know. I was not happy with the amount that they charged me to clean a trailer. My trailer had 2 bedroom, it's small and it's in a trailer park. I had them come out and I was not happy with it. They charged me like $135, I don't know if that's a good price or not but for me it wasn't a good price. They were there for only 2 hours. Some of the things they did were okay but I wasn't really happy with the work and I would not call them back again. The girls got lost finding the unit so then they cancelled that day which wasted a whole day of my day and then they wanted to come like the next day but I had a doctor's appointment. I had somebody come out and they were probably like 15 minutes away from my unit and they cancelled that day so I wasn't happy and they had to reschedule it. I'm at the trailer and I'm waiting for them to come down and clean it out for me. I called them and hired them, they said that they would be there but they got lost and went to another place. They just ruined my whole day and then when they got there they expected a big tip. They got no tip from me because I was not happy. The work was adequate, it wasn't good and wasn't bad. They did like a fast clean. They didn't want to move the furniture because for one girl, they don't want to hurt her back.

The set up was great, the cleaners were very nice and respectful.  They did a nice and very thorough job.  It just took longer than I anticipated, so the cost was higher.

I called and spoke to Marva. Very professional, asked me a lot of questions about my expectations, and then gave me an estimate for the work. We were able to set up an appointment for the same week. The two young ladies came fifteen minutes early (which normally would have been wonderful, but I was ten minutes away). They began work immediately and gave me a call when they were finished. My place looked great and smelled good also. Be aware, they do not do windows, and Marva did tell me that, but they did do the glass in both storm doors and my balcony door.

Arrived on time with all of their own equipment - including a step stool.  Did a thorough job.  Since they use only "green" cleaners, my house didn't have the "smell clean" scent.  Husband noticed it right away when he got home.  Items put back in same place they found them - didn't re-arrange my furniture and rugs like some cleaning people have done in the past.  Will definitely have them back on an every other week basis.

Their service was great!  I was very pleased when I came home to a wonderfully cleaned home.  I only did a one-time service to get the house extra clean before an event.  My stove even looked awesome!  The only thing I wasn't too thrilled about was that they forgot to use the Angie's List coupon I mentioned.  The person I spoke to over the phone noted it on the quote that was mailed to me, but I wasn't taken off the invoice.  I did call and inform them of the oversight.  She apologized and mailed me a check for the discounted amount. Problem solved quickly and professionally. 

Unlike some other cleaning service providers, Molly Maid cleaned the entire house each visit. I had them come every 4 weeks. They cleaned everything, and didn't do a "rotational" clean like other companies.

Background
I have never used a cleaning service, so this was a new experience.  I had many questions around pricing, using the service on a recurring basis, service approach etc.
What they did well
From a service perspective, I think they did well.  They answered all of my initial questions, were very friendly, and followed up promptly on all inquiries.  They went the extra mile to make sure I understood their pricing and services.  Additionally, when I expressed dissatisfaction with some portion of the cleaning service, they happily returned to resolve the issue.  Pricing was also quite fair.  An estimator came to the house to assess the work required and provide estimated pricing.  After the job was complete, the final bill was $60 cheaper than the estimate.  They did the work that was asked and billed based on the actual time and didn't try to inflate the bill.  
What they did not do well
Before explaining, I want to make this point.  My wife and I have very high expectations for how things should be cleaned, and admittedly when providing a service like this, expectations vary by client, so this is a very real challenge for any business like this and just because the cleaning company doesn't meet those expectations, doesn't mean they automatically did a poor job.  In our case, there were instances where we needed to adjust our expectations (reasonably so) in others, they truly did not do a good job of cleaning.  For example, we expected floors to be mopped, not necessarily wiped with a damp cloth.  The refigerator was just wiped out, not cleaned with soapy water, and the oven was was not cleaned well either (easily resolved with a brillo pad, which the cleaning ladies have never used before).  For an initial clean, items could have and should have definitely been cleaned more thoroughly.
Please note: after reporting our dissatisfaction, they returned within a week (during the holiday season) and resolved all concerns.
Overall summary
Despite our challenges, they did exactly what they explained, and that it was on par with other cleaning services.  If you want maintenance cleaning such as dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms then this is a great option.  The recurring pricing was a little high, but the initial clean was actually worth it (even they they had to return to our home to be more thorough).  I grade them with a solid B.  Had they not had to return to reclean the refigerator and stove (and if they could have cleaned the stove without me physically showing them how to use a brillo pad) then I would have given an A-.
If needed, I would use this company again and consider monthly plan.

Molly Maids is great!  Shortly after I called, a service representative came and looked at my house then provided me with an estimate for an initial cleaning along with the costs for bi-weekly service.  The initial cleaning was completed about a week after the estimate.  Two ladies came and did an excellent job.  They were very thorough and ensured that everything was cleaned to my liking.  I am very impressed with the cleaning service they provided.

The experience was not good. They ruined my hardwood floor and it had to be redone. They also broke a very expensive knick- knack that was worth over $500. They paid to have my floors redone. Their price was reasonable.

I plan on using them again.

They are fine. I would certainly say they were adequate. There is some carelessness and they are on a schedule, so they do the work very quickly. However, the people who run it are really good. Given what is around here, Molly Maids is as good as it gets.

Molly Maid has been very good. They are prompt and I am very satisfied with their service.

They are outstanding. They are punctual and very clean. They pay attention to detail.

Met with Mery Maids Rep the week before the cleaning....She went thru the house witih me to see exactly which rooms I wanted cleaned.     After we met, she shortly got back to me with a date and time the cleaning crew would come to my daughter's home.

They responded quickly and the home was clean very well. The house was a complete mess from a tenant who left in a hurry and distroyed the house. Appliances were cleaned to look new and the house looked and smelled clean and fresh.

They were pretty good, but not great. They clean under things, and they clean really well. But I asked them to clean under my bedroom furniture to get the dust, and they would do only as far as they could see or reach. They wouldn’t bend down and clean. I asked them, and I specifically left notes for them, asking them to please clean under things. But I would come home, and they weren’t done.

I have used them for weekly cleaning for many years.  They are always reliable and trustworthy.  My relationship with cleaners and management is excellent.
