They removed wall paper and painted. They did a good job and they were quick. They worked steadily.

They were great. Theycame out gave an estimate and started when the weather was good for power washing. The house looks as clean as new .in fact didnt need exterior painting done .The work was done done in two days, three was quoted and they we're efficient and did a great job.

Mark of ABC Painting returned my call promptly and came the next day to give an estimate. He and his men showed up the morning we scheduled. The rooms look wonderful. They were professional, courteous, and very neat. We would definitely use their services again.

Mark gave me an estimated start date. Was a few days past that date due to rainy weather. Called the night before he showed up, call when he would be late; showed up at that time. Power washed garage and deck on the first day; several days later (due to rain) he stained the deck in just over half a day. Mark was very efficient and professional, I was very satisfied with everything he did.

Mark and his team were punctual and hard working. They were meticulous and professional which resulted in an excellent paint job. The result is far superior to others who have done exterior painting for us. Our wood siding had woodpecker damage which had been filled and stained by another painter and the result was poor. Mark filled some new holes and color matched the new and old repairs so that the damage is very difficult to detect. Because of our very wet summer Mark needed to delay our start date. After starting work, he and his crew worked every day and finished the job promptly. They were considerate and quiet! No music playing! The last areas stained were the decks. They returned the day after finishing to put our grill back on the deck after the stain was totally dry. My only complaint is lawn damage where brushes were washed. Since the paint was water based I did not expect there to be lawn damage, or I would have suggested a different place to clean the brushes. Overall, we are very satisfied. Mark and his team were the original painters when our house was built. When it came time to repaint, I asked the builder to refer me since the work was very well done. That was more than ten years ago and I have never used an alternate company. Mark has done painting, power washing, deck resurfacing and has even come through to handle carpentry work when those I had relied on for repairs failed me. He and his workers are extremely neat and careful and pay great attention to detail. They are courteous, professional and take pride in their work. Most recently, ABC repainted my bedroom and when I was not 100% happy with the color I had selected, they custom mixed what I was after. They painted my two sons' bedrooms (one of which was wall to wall black!) where each cut could have posed a challenge. Even when inspected up close, the lines are impressively clean. He supervises his people well and always is sure I am fully satisfied before heading home.

The service went very well as always. I have been using Mark and his team for over 9 years. His team is professional, On Time and reasonable priced. The price is always as quoted and if there is a change they advise during the job They are extremely neat and always finish their jobs on time. Mark and his team were extremely professional, quick and did a fantastic job. They started on a Friday, finished late on Saturday, and were very courteous and clean. They were slightly higher than other quotes, but you pay for what you get. The detail work on the trim and bookshelves was very well done. All the patchwork and touch ups are not noticeable at all. I was very impressed with them, would use them again and highly recommend them for their quality of service. They also went out of their way to accommodate my request for non/low VOC paints!

Mark , came out promptly, walked the house , explained to me the various considerations that i had not ocnsiderd and then left me with an estimate on the spot . Mark came out and did a walkthrough and provided and estiamte promptly and helped me think thr areas that i did not know to ask about . ABC Painting, Mark Rudnik, has been doing work for me for approximately 8 years. The quality of his work is excellent. He always shows up when promised, and is usually with two other men. I had previously purchased an Angie's List Big Deal from Prime Home Improvement for $699.00 to have 2 painters for a day. They painted approximately 1/3 of the exterior of my home in that day. Their work was very good. However, when I tried to make contact to finish the remaining 2/3, they did not respond. I then searched Angie's List for a painter closer to my home. After ready the reviews for ABC Fine Home Painting I contacted Mark Rudnik to come and give me an estimate. He responded quickly and gave me an estimate that I accepted. We discussed that how quickly he could do the work would depend on the weather. He said if the temperature was around 50 degrees with no precipitation he could get it done in December. Two days later the weather forecast for the following 2 days predicted the weather to be in that range. Mark contacted me and we agreed to have him do the work then. He and his men showed up on time and did the job in 2 days and did a great job. Additionally, I had indicated I would power wash the area to be painted the day before he was scheduled to do the work. When other commitments prevented me from doing that work he said he would do the power wash and gave me an excellent price. He did that part of the job also. He even said if he did the power wash and the weather turned bad and he could not paint now, he would re-do the power wash in the spring for no charge and then do the painting. Overall, I could not be happier with the work and how Mark handled every part of it.

I actually tried to power wash & stain my deck, by myself. What a mistake!! I called Mark at ABC Fine Home Painting and he came to the rescue & did his consistently professional expert job. Over the past 16 years he has stained, powerwash, wallpapered, painted the interior & exterior my home, I will never attempt to do it myself again!!!

I contacted Mark in mid October. He thought it would be a few weeks before he could get me on the schedule. Even with rain delays, he was able to schedule the work. Once he started the work he stayed on the job until it was finished. He worked on the weekend I order to get the job completed before the hurricane.

I was very pleased with the prompt, courteous and professional service provided by Mark Rudnik and his crew. Mark scheduled time to review my proposed project immediately after my first inquiry. He provided excellent suggestions that turned my tired looking deck and porch into good-as-new condition. All work done was of the highest quality, from the craftsmanship of the carpentry work needed to replace many boards on my ailing deck to the precision sanding, painting and staining work on both deck and porch. Mark suggested replacing the old pressure treated stair treds on the stairs leading up to my porch with mahogany, to match the porch floor. The result was just beautiful! Last, but certainly not least, Mark charged exactly what he had initially estimated for the work - a very reasonable price. I would confidently recommend ABC Fine Home Painting to anyone. I'm sure I will be hiring them myself for future projects.

He was a really nice guy and he was very good about following up but his quote was extremely expensive. He was so far off I probably wouldn't call him again. My other quotes were for two coats of paint and his quote was $2000 more and he only does one coat of paint.

Mark is great. Anytime I have a problem, I don't hesitate to contact him. He is very reasonable and reliable.
