knew exactly what was needed for the job

Cost Pro responded very quickly and came very quickly to provde with an estimate. Upon requesting the service, the job was well very well and quickly. Unfortunately I did not share the same experience the other reviewer regarding the contract. The repair was quoted at $725. But just to provide with a written contract he was going to charge me for a $300 initial deposit as part of of the completed job. I thought this was a bit excessive. Especially that eventually after he completed the work. He wrote this up in 2 or 3 minutes. Anyway- this doesn't take away for the good repair work that they did but if you do need paperwork like i did then this may not be their strength

He presented me with a contact that clearly stated everything that would be included & the cost to perform the work. I very much appreciated his professionalism. When I asked that he take on additional jobs, he prepared a new contract, including the additional services & the new costs. His crew arrived on time, were very pleasant, efficient, & completed all tasks in a timely manner. I called Greg with a couple of questions, he either answered immediately or got back to me right away. I am extremely satisfied with Cost Pro & definitely recommend this company.
