I ordered 2 pieces of custom Victorian fencing on 08/02/2017 to replace broken existing once. The sales person who came to take the order did not know how to take the measurements for fencing and did not tell me that he does not know how to measure it. After much delay the fences were delivered and installed in early November. But when I came home I found them built to incorrect dimension and looking very odd. I immediately complained to Lowe's and the same sales person lied that the fencing were built according to the dimension of the old fences. I have before and after pictures to prove that he is lying. Furthermore the old fences were broken and a piece was missing making one side much lower than the other. Obviously I did not ask Lowe's to build the new fence to the dimension of the old broken fence and make one side much lower than the other. Anyone with common sense should understand it. Also the fences were meant to enhance 2 stone posts at the end of my driveway, but now the nearest ends of the fences are sitting higher than the stone posts themselves, making it look very ugly. I have made more than a dozen phone calls to Lowe's and so far they have not done anything to resolve the issue. Only thing they have done is asked the installer to correct the problem by re-installing it. However that will not solve the problem as the fence is built to incorrect dimension and needs to be re-built. Since I filed the complaint the Lowe's project coordinator never answered her phone or returned my phone calls. And for last 3 weeks only response I got is that Lowe's is waiting for management response. I am now convinced that Lowe's has no intention of correcting the problem.

We made the order on December 12, 2015 with a 21 day delivery estimate.  We ordered three sets of blinds, two of which were delivered in early January.  The third set never arrived and Lowe's never informed me of a product availability issue.  I made repeated calls to the store to track the progress of the last set of blinds and was told they would be shipping in early February, then late February, then early March, and finally late April, at which time I canceled the last part of the order.  We had to pay for the blinds and the install up front on December 12, and currently don't have all the blinds or the ones we do have installed.  Install team said Levelor would offer compensation for the blind we don't have if we were willing to wait until late April to receive it, which is unacceptable.  They refused to reimburse us for the install we paid for but never received.  The installer did call and offer to install the blinds we do have and then come back for the third set when it arrives, but we told him we would wait to have all of them done at once since we were assured the blinds would be delivered.   The install contract we signed states the project would be completed by February 12, 2016.  We will never purchase an installation from Lowe's again.

Complete incompetence. I received no confirmation call before delivery. I called at 4:30 and left a message for the delivery department. They called back at 5pm, saying the driver was loading up. I called again at 8:30 and was told the material would be delivered in about an hour. I made a complaint to the manager, and his solution was to waive the $65 delivery fee. I cancelled the order and have made numerous complaints in an attempt to recover money I lost in time, labor, and higher material costs. Lowes fails to see the value in my time and makes only minimal effort to reconcile with me. I recommend avoiding Lowes for deliveries when professional service is expected. The store lacks accountability and is not short on excuses when they fail to hold up their end of the bargain.
