Description of Work: This may be a duplicate post, but I purchased a home with a squirrel infestation (unknowingly!) Cowley's were the people to use. They were there promptly and began a thorough baiting and trapping process immediately that rid the house in less than a week. Once they were sure they got every last critter, they sealed the soffit that the squirrels damaged to enter the house. I'd recommend them to anyone in a second. |d

Description of Work: I hired them as I was about to enter my new house. I was not aware about any problem from my previous owner. They were on time and did the work within 15 minutes. Only thing is, I can not verify now whether they did the right job or not. If no pesticide problem occurs in next 1 year, then only I would say their job is perfect. Overall nice experience.

With this plan you have unlimited services for all covered pests such as carpenter ants, carpenter bees (both wood destroying), ants, silverfish, centipedes, mice, bee/wasp nests attached to the home just to mention a few. Description of Work: They stated that the bees might be carpenter bees as oppose to regular bees. They stated it will cost more to exterminate as per conversation over the phone.

Carpenter bees are wood destroying insects and are not treated the same such as removing a bee, wasp or hornet nest. We do however perform Carpenter Bee services and warranty our service to treated areas through the end of the season which would be December 31, 2015. Description of Work: We have a problem with groundhogs. We currently have a "Platinum" coverage policy but there was an excessive cost for removal and they only covered the animal reduction for one week- not with our groundhogs! We still are dealing with this on our own and are very disappointed with this service. Our other "pest" coverage is OK
