Tech came out to investigate problem right away. However they used an outside Pest contractor for Heat treatment to get rid of the bugs. When the first try did not work and we saw bugs 2 hours after house cooled to 85 degrees, we baggd them and called Cowley's. The tech did come out the next day to see the live bugs and he got the same contractors out to do a 2nd treatment. Within 2 hours we saw bugs again. This time tech did not follow up, did not provide the paperwork to show home got to critical temps to kill these bugs. and I am living with these dang things having to spend more money on Diametrecous Earth and staying up nights to catch any live ones. 2nd treatment done 2 weeks ago and still seeing a bug a night. I am very disappointed in both Cowleys and Bedbug Chasers ; granted no one except for one Co. is guaranteeing total eradication through heat treat, but no follow up or advisement on backup to totally kill(aka Diametrecous Earth) these bugs, nor any paperwork supporting that they got the home to critical temp. Sorry to say but they should have followed up and we should have recieved some paperwork proving work was done to temps they had swore would kill these bugs.

I've had issues with thoroughness and follow up regarding termite inspection from workers in the past few years, not just with my home inspection but a family member and friend's as well. This year however, Joe the supervisor was sent out to hear my complaints. He listened respectively to my concerns with attentiveness. Hopefully with the new year, Cowleys will meet my expectations with the same regard as Joe has.

They were out quickly and crawled on the roof to find the invasion points and were able to trap the squirrels.

I called them on 6/19/2012 and made an appointment for treatment on 6/22/2012 between 8:00 and 9:00 am. Their guy was here at 8:05 and took care of everything in less than an hour. He was polite, professional and took the time to explain a little about the habits of ants (my current problem pest). He advised that if I saw any additional ants to call and he would come back at no charge (sometimes it takes a few applications). On 7/16/2012 I called to saw I spotted ants again (this time on the 3rd floor) and on 7/17/2012 he came back and treated again. So far, so good, no ants.

I had (unknowingly) had termite prevention done already, and the technician alerted me to that after spending about 2 hours on a thorough inspection. I appreciated his honesty.

My experiences with Cowleys has been great. They do very good work and are very responsive. I will continue to call them whenever I have a pest problem, and I have referred them to friends.

I used them a number of times, maybe six or seven times. I used to call them up every year. They come once and the ants go away but then they come again so they had to come back and spray again. It usually takes 2, 3 or 4 visits before the ant problem goes away. I just got tired of them doing it 3 or 4 times. Last year I bought little ant traps and people said that it would work. So I put them out and they cost $9 and it took care of all the ants. There were just too many visits by the pest control company. The money part was fine but to have to have them come back and have to put the pets out wasn't worth it for us. Everyone says that they are the best around but I don’t know. It certainly wasn’t for me. I would probably not use them again in the future.

I liked them. I found them reasonable and very professional. They effectively took care of termites. They were neat, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves, you hardly knew they were there. They did it on the inside as well and did an excellent job.

They didn't have electric tools to repair a split fence so the result of the repair was uneven and rough. They have different teams of people to do the separate services. The home pest service has gone very well in the past, but I currently would not recommend the handyman service. They are a little bit pricey as well, I have paid well over $1000.00 a year for numerous services from the company.

The price covered all the return visits until all the squirrels were gone. It was expensive. They came whenever we called. The price was high but they are all high. We would use them again.

The experience was wonderful. I told them over the phone what my problem was. They didn't send a salesman to talk me into a gazillion different things like a lot of other companies. They sent a service tech right away. They basically told me on the phone what the price was going to be. They were very easy to work with. The guy was very nice. He actually took the light globe off my bathroom fixture so I could clean it, which was really nice. They looked at what I told them was the problem but unfortunately there were no bugs there when he came out. My nephew also works for a pest control company and he had sprayed something really quick without taking off any siding so it was possible they were already dead. I haven't seen an ant since and I had all these outside mounds of ants that were digging up my yard. I would absolutely use them again.

I called because I observed what I thought were termites or flying ants. When the service man showed up 2 days later, what I observed was no longer present so they sprayed the outside of the house to control the insects. So far, so good.

The serviceman was very punctual, extremely polite and informative. He cautioned me to keep the animals inside while he treated the house and surrounding area. He removed anything that he felt should not get insecticide on it and returned them when he was finished. He assured me that they would come out at any time if I saw any "critters" at any time.

They were very responsive. They came out when they said they would. I got everything that I expected from them. Their service was very good and very satisfactory. Their price was good too. I would definitely use them again.

Arrived for evaluation and for actual work timely; very helpful worker explained what we did and didn't need and what would be reasonable and what would be overkill.

They were courteous, did a good for the most part. They left 1 or 2 holes they drilled in the garage unfilled, but that is only a minor issue. I would use them in the future.

They show up on time, answer all questions, and do the work that was agreed upon.

There was a little confusion in the beginning. First he wanted to use plastic window wells. We ordered them, but then they were too big. We went to the steele window wells and I was a little confused. They threw in the stones that go in to the window wells for no charge however, so that was good.

I was glad to finally get a company that was able to get rid of this colony that had returned for the past three seasons. They got on top of my roof and sprayed down on them. You could actually see the bees dying. This company told me that they will come back and close up the opening that they are getting into this fall. They are able to rid your home of other critters, too.
