Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

I was satisfied with the cleaning.They pointed also that my gutters are full of roast and soon have to be replaced.

They were prompt, fast and did great work.

I called to set up an appointment for the gutter cleaning special. They were responsive and made an appointment which they kept. They did the work fairly quickly and didn't leave any mess. Got an estimate at that time to replace gutter screens. They made an appointment and came as promised and replaced the screens and did a good job. Eric was the crew leader and was friendly and did what he said he would do. I would use them again.

We knew we had a problem with the gutters because when it rained the water would pour over the side of the house. Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners came and cleaned out our gutters and found almost a dozen golf balls in the gutters! They also found some damage on the gutters and asked if we would like them repaired. They repaired the damage and now when it rains the rain goes down the gutters and not over the house. Pleased with results

Awesome, they called to let me know when they would be here, showed up right on time, did the work (didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff, as some do.) told me about some roof damage gave me my receipt and left. All of one hour. Very nice guys too.

The team at Atlanta Best Gutter is very professional. From the first call to schedule the appointment, to the appointment confirmation calls, the communicated every step of the way. The first crew came out to clean out my gutters as part of the special, and while they were here, I asked them to check some of the seams that were leaking, and some down spouts. The crew provided me with an estimate to make the necessary repairs before they left. When they returned to complete the work, they were quick to complete it, and provided pictures of the work done. Great company to work with and will definitely use them again!

I prepaid for the service from Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners thru Angie's List. I retrieved the receipt 2 days after the service was performed and noticed there was an additional $30 charge. When I called to inquire about the additional charge, I was told it was for cleaning the roof and gutters on the detached garage. I told them I did not receive a call about an additional charge, but that I would go ahead and pay the extra and gave them my credit card information. Five minutes later they called me back and I was told that they would not debit my card for the $30 because they had not called and notified me at the time of service about additional charges. I was obviously impressed with this action. I don't believe many companies would have done the same thing. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Got the $79 Angie's List deal. We just purchased a foreclosure that had little plants growing in the gutters. The guys came out and very thoroughly cleaned out all of the gunk and took photos for me to see the work. They repaired two ridgecaps for an extra $60 ($30 each). Seemed a little high for a couple of extra shingles, but anybody brave enough to get up on top of a 3-story roof has my respect. Also had them clean the outside of one skylight for an extra $20. Again....not sure it was worth $20 to spray basic windex on one skylight and wipe it off....would have felt a better value if they would have applied Rain-X or some other water/dirt repellant to the window to prolong the life of the cleaning. They cleaned up well before they left, hosing off the side of the house where debris had fallen and blowing away all of the debris from the base of the house. Overall, for a total of $159 I felt that the deal was great. The lead guy was very pleasant and genuine. I felt I could trust them to do good work.

I found their deal for gutter cleaning and pressure washing on Angie's List. The costs looked reasonable so I opted for both. I got an email from them within 48 hours about their service and what I need to prep the house (take down hanging plants, keep cars away from gutters, etc...). They called to setup a date with a 3 hour window. They called the day before to confirm then called the day of service to say they would be there within 30 minutes. A 2 man team showed up, well equipped and started work. They were completely done within 2 hours. There were some minor spots I thought needed a little more cleaning, they obliged, no problem and cleaned them up. When they gave me my written receipt they also added information and quotes for replacing the gutters. I think I may take them up on that. They were very proffesional, diligent and polite. I will add them to my list of vendors for household maintenance. Well done!

I scheduled a visit within a reasonable time, and when an earlier opening was available, they called to see if I'd like to move the service date up. I wasn't home during the cleaning, but the roof and gutters looked great when I got home. A bit of debris came into one room, but it really wasn't much, especially since I knew there was space under the doors from the outside and the information about moving glass objects, etc., does warn that this is a possibility. I will probably call them again when I next need the gutters cleaned.

Service provided exactly as advertised and priced. Extremely professional.

They were very quick and efficient. They were very knowledgeable about pointing out places were there could be possible trouble spots in the future.

This was an Angie's List "Big Deal." I had never used this company before. The response time was great. They were able to clean the gutters within a week's time - something no other company I've ever hired to clean gutters has done. They came out and cleaned the gutters and provided an estimate for some repairs that I had requested.

Timely and did what was advertised. I was extremely happy.

I initially hired them to clean my gutters using a deal on Angie's list. I called to make an appointment and the earliest they had available was about two weeks out. They called the day before to confirm and showed up on time on the appointed date. The did a good job on the gutters and noted some problems that they saw. One of the items was a sagging and broken vinyl gutter on an addition that we had added to our house. I asked them for an estimate to replace it and they gave me a written estimate before they finished. It was a good price and they incorporated a downspout that I had already purchased. I called a few weeks later to have the gutter replaced and they showed up on time, did a good job and cleaned up when finished. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone for a quality job.

Cleanup from the gutters was great; all the detritus from the roof was blown away into the surrounding landscape. I'll use them again.
