 + -1 moreI couldn't give a higher recommendation. On time, professional, polite, and they did an AMAZING job. No issues at all. I even asked the crew on-site if they could pressure wash my fence. They gave me a quote lower than I expected, and it looks great. I certainly recommend this company.
Description of Work: Angie's coupon to pressure wash my house for $125. When the crew arrived, I asked them to quote pressure washing my fence. It is 6 feet high & 30 feet long. The crew said they would do it for $30, and I was surprised. I expected more. Great service.

Description of Work: Atlanta's Best Gutters was very pro-active in scheduling my service via e-mail, since I purchased a "big deal". This was extremely convenient for me.  + 0 moreNot a lot to tell, the guys drove in and introduced themselves, hopped on the roof like superman. They cleaned out the gutters and completely clean the roof of debris as well as all porches below. The work was completed in about 30 minutes. They askedme to inspected and approved the work and departed with great efficiency.

 + 0 moreGood experience and even better experience when they came out to re-clean an area that quickly became clogged and dirty after a heavy rainstorm the following evening. I felt they were up front and honest with pictures included to show damaged spots in our shingles and recommended a couple replacements and pointed out areas to watch in the future without pushing me to do the work through them. We chose to hire them for the repairs as well and they were punctual, professional and very efficient. They called to say they were on the way, discussed what they were doing and showed before and after pictures.
Description of Work: We had our gutters cleaned and parts of the roof repaired.

 + -1 morehave had these folks do work twice. They are always here when they say they will be here, they do a good job and they clean up perfectly. I will always recommend them.
Description of Work: They cleaned my gutters and downspouts of old leaves and anything new that may be sprouting. They make sure the downspouts are clear of debris and clogs and are flowing freely.

 + 1 moreKevin & Mike showed up on time, got right to the work and did a great job cleaning off the roof and cleaning out the gutters. They quoted on replacing several ridgetop shingles. Price was too high so I supplied replacement shingles and they cut the price in half. Ridge caps were installed, but looking from the ground, I'm not impressed with the appearance!

 + 0 morePlease see above. Basically, I believe the tech had good intentions to do a good job but he needs training on how to ensure the full experience of his work is good. The debris/mud on my porch furniture as a result of his cleaning the porch is unacceptable. . I strongly recommend that he receives training on attention to detail and how to ensure that items are clean when he leaves like he found them.
Description of Work: I was not at home and the tech called to say he could not do the driveway because a car was in the driveway and it would look hideous to pressure wash the driveway and have a spot that was not done. So I asked him to pressure wash the porch and the sidewalk. He agreed. I asked the Tech if he would remove the furniture so that no debris would get on the porch furniture. he said no problem that is a part of our service. The results of the pressure washing was as follows: 1. The sidewalk was never pressure washed. In fact, it is more dirty now than prior to the tech services. The Tech left dirt and debris on the sidewalk and anyone can look at the sidewalk and see that it was never pressure washed. 2. We believe the porch was pressure washed however we are not certain because we found a great deal of leaves on the porch and if it was pressure washed correctly it should have been clean with no leaves. 3. We know that he did do something with water because our flowers and in the front were trampled with water and mud. 4. Our porch furniture still has the mud and debris on it from him using our hose to was the porch. YOU CAN STILL SEE IT...WE HAVE NOT WASHED IT!!!!!!! -He also left a 3 feet area full of mud and water in the front of the area where our flowers were located...we believe where he used our hose or his hose to was the porch. 5. Overall, it was the worse pressure was experience we have experienced in 13 years. We will not use this company again.

 + 0 more, We chose this company originally because of the Angie's List coupons. They were every thing you want in a service company. On time for the estimate visit and on time for the service visit. They made a special downspout to accommodate my rain barrel. When they found some rotted fascia, they just added that in without insisting on a new estimate. They did the whole job in a single day and cleaned up beautifully, even blowing off the entire yard, front and back. They promised a 20 year warranty so I may never use their services again personally, but I would recommend them to anyone!
Description of Work: They tore out all the old guttering (we think it might have been original on our 60 year old house) and replaced it all, including downspouts. They also repaired a rotted fascia.

 + 0 moreI purchased a $79 coupon from Angie's Big Deal. I have used this company before and they do a great job. Not only did they clean my gutters and seal a gap, they even blew the leaves out of my driveway saving me some extra work this past weekend. The great thing about this service is you don't even have to be at home. The technician did call me to let me know they were en route and again to ask me if I would like the gap in my gutter sealed (that repair was an extra $20). The technician said he would have before and after photos of the repair e-mailed to me, but I never got those. I requested the photos again (using the comments field) when I paid the invoice on-line, but still never received. It would be nice to see the photos since I can't really tell where the repair was made, but I do trust this company and this doesn't change my opinion of their excellent service.

They were interested in doing the work requested and in answering questions, not up-selling - much appreciated! We plan to use them regularly to keep our gutters flowing well, and have already begun to do so. Keep up the great work, Atlanta's Best!
Description of Work: The first time we used Atlanta's Best was shortly after we moved into our house. The gutters were clogged and there were gaps between the roof and the gutters in several places. The crew re-attached the gutters where necessary at a reasonable price. The gutters have worked great since their initial visit. The second visit was a routine gutter cleaning.

 + -1 moreHouse looks great except for the following: Streaks on front door Streaks on teak deck furniture Can't tell if the streaks are from chemicals used or from paint that may have dissolved into the run-off; streaks are similar in color to house paint color. Also, there was a lack of care with high pressure water around doors; our doors are all weather stripped, but we still had a gallon or more of water on our hardwood floors at each of our 3 exterior doors. I am very glad someone was there to mop immediately.
