Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

Overall, very well. I can't actually see if the gutters are clean b/c I don't have a ladder long enough. But, when it rains I can tell the rain falls better, more appropriate. They told me the date they were going to come out and it did not work with my schedule; so, they re-scheduled it for me immediately. Great professionalism.

The gentlemen who showed up to clean the gutters were punctual, professional, and did a good job. The only reason I didn't give the company an "A" for responsiveness is because I had to play a little phone tag to get the appointment scheduled. Also, they had to reschedule, which was fine, except that the only reason I found out they were going to reschedule is that I called for a reminder of when the appointment was and when she returned the call she asked if they could reschedule. Maybe I'm just spoiled but I find that reminder calls are helpful, especially if you are scheduling 3-4 weeks in advance.

They arrived on time and were quick to finish the job. They did exactly what they came to do. We would use them again.

The co did a great job. Not only were the roof and gutters clean, but the sidewalks, patio, and front stoop as well.

Over all good, but they could have done a better job cleaning up debris from gutter.

Aside from having my initial appointment rescheduled by Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners, the crew called me on the morning of the rescheduled appointment and told me their van would not start and therefore, my appointment would have to be rescheduled again (making that a third date). I called the company and the crew manager immediately corrected the situation and the crew did arrive later that morning on the scheduled date. I've used Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners in the past for gutter cleaning/repairs and they did an excellent job. However, window cleaning does not appear to be their specialty because I would only rate their window cleaning as adequate (as compared to similar services performed by other window cleaning company's).

It went well and according to plan. We did not have to be home. We received a courtesy phone call when they were on their way. The workers did not leave behind any debris from the cleaning.

Wow! I cannot say enough about the job Atlanta Best Gutter Cleaners did on our house. We thought we were going to paint the house....after they completed the job it looks like a new paint job! Shawn and his team were amazing. They reached heights other pressure washing companies could not. Our house look so amazing! We are going to have them come out again and clean our decks and driveway/sidewalk. Love this company!

I got them through one of the big deals on Angie’s List. My experience with them did not go so well since most of the problem was because the company tried to make the deal sound as big as possible by doing as little of work as possible. They pressure washed my house but did not pressure wash my porch which I consider to be a part of my house. After pressure washing my house all the dirt had flown down from the house onto the porch which they had not washed. I thought they had run out of water and would come back to clean it up or either they had gone on a lunch break which was not the case. When I called them, they said they were done after which I said that I did not think so since the porch was a disaster with all the residue from the rest of the house and it hadn’t been cleaned and their reply was that the porch did not form a part of the house. After I spoke to their supervisor they did come back out and cleaned the porch but I definitely would not recommend them to anyone. They even sent me an email saying that they performed some work for me last year and whether I would want them to work for me again this year. They did an ok job but they just did not want to do any extra work than they had to. I am not sure about their pricing since I did not pay the full price.

They were very good. They were on time. professional and very quick. They apparently do many houses in a day, so they have to be good.

It went very well. They called us while we were out of town to let us know when they would do the work, and we found a receipt and a note explaining everything when we returned.

My experience with Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners was good. They did a good job. We're not in that area anymore but if we were I would still use them. They were honest.

I used them through a special on Angie's List. They did a good job. They came back a couple of times. They were quick. They were two guys and they roped themselves together. They opened one end to the other and then they blow the deck and any debris. Their punctuality and responsiveness was very good. They were there on time. They are a good group. With regard to professionalism, he is a nice guy, I have met him before.

The overall experience was wonderful. We are very happy with their service!Strongly recommend.
