Description of Work: a day before they surveyed the pipe under my kitchen sink. (big hole) he came back next day fixed it up in 10 minutes he had a part in his truck. Doesn't add extra charges and cleans up! No more leaky pipe!

Description of Work: They showed up for the estimate and showed up when they said they would for the work. As basic as it may seem 95% of the contractors I try to use cant seem to do that. The work they did was great and as discussed. I will absolutely use them again.

Description of Work: I needed the bathroom recaulked and around the kitchen sink. front door lock and bolt lock changed, mailbox removed with new one installed. I also need recessed lights changed on a cathedral ceiling, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors installed. | |Sean and his team did a great job and were very professional. Sean understood that I needed the work completed by a specific date and they were able to accomodated my schedule eventhough I provided them with short notice. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I have used Sean for years. I manage a condo complex and he is always doing all sorts of jobs for me. I have also used him for my own personal things and for a neighbor or two. He has done everything from plumbing to putting in a whole new kitchen. The last project was updated my personal bathroom.
