The biggest problem turned out to be my bedroom window treatments. I relied on Ben's expertise to pick fabric that would work well in the bedroom. I wanted to have room darkening roman shades. He found a fabric that he said would be perfect and the color was to my liking. When the shades were installed, I was told that the wrinkles that I saw would come out and that I should not put up the shade for a while. To this day which is June 2012 they are just as wrinkled as when they were installed. One of them does not stay up properly either. When I called him about this he sent someone to Steam the wrinkles out. It did not remove them. I spoke with him again and he told me they are called "Shabby Chic" I never ordered such a thing and felt he should have informed me that this fabric would be wrinkled forever. The original sample he showed me was not wrinkled at all. He then told me there is nothing he can do about it He has refused to replace them or give me my money back. He offered to give me $300. for something that cost me $1800., and may cost more to replace.
