Description of Work: America's Best did a great job. I was able to get them out the day after I called for service. They power washed my house, porch, and deck, and washed all my windows inside and out, including screens and sills. They did a really nice job. The deck looked brand new, and it would have taken me ages to wash the railings by hand! They were friendly and professional. I was pleased and would use them again.

Description of Work: We hired them to wash the windows and clean the gutters. The price was great but the quality of service was average to poor. They left drip marks on the frames that I had to go back and clean up after them (so annoying). Screen frames were bent. We called them back to clean up the frames (very accommodating) and clear the major downspout that they missed. We decided to use a different company this year.

The date of my first appointment it rained, we had to reschedule, and then that date did not work for me. It was necessary to change that date at the last minute due to an emergency. The third time worked like a charm.
Description of Work: The crew came at the appointed time and washed all the windows, sills and screens quickly and efficiently.

Estimated 3 hours. Took 1.5 hours at most. Didn't do window sills as asked when I scheduled. When I inquired, they wiped down a few with a rag. Didn't charge the $2 per window extra for this, thank goodness, I still have to go over them with spray and a clean cloth, etc.. Couldn't figure out how to open/close the Pella sliding door panels so those glass doors, inside, were not cleaned.
Description of Work: Cleaned 40 windows/sliding door after a major renovation. 75% replacement windows or new windows.

THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. THE WINDOWS NEVER LOOKED CLEANER. THEY SENT US COUPONS IN THE MAIL, SO WE CONTINUE GOING TO THEM. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WORKED VERY QUICK.
