Description of Work: They were very nice and professional. They did not complete the list of what I had purchased. When I explained what was supposed to be done, they reacted quickly and checked out the other faucets and plumbing fixtures. I think it was a case of them not knowing what the complete list was.

Description of Work: They dug up a yard hydrant that had frozen and split, extended the water line approximately four feet, and installed a new hydrant. All materials were supplied by me, so the cost was for labor only. Two employees arrived on site, assessed the work to be done, and provided a written estimate. Once accepted, they went to work immediately and replaced the hydrant. Their work was very professional and they removed all debris from the job before leaving.

Description of Work: Troubleshot a leak coming from front of water pipe. Found pitless adapter to be rotted out and replaced it. Dug down about 4' and also replaced a pipe that had a hole in it. He showed me step by step of what he was doing.

Description of Work: Fixed the toilet. I had to pay $20 for parts in addition to the $99 coupon. Not sure if the rubber stopper part is working sufficiently since I recently had to adjust the stopper to allow the toilet to fill in the tank after a flush. Overall the service went well. Very knowledgeable person.

Description of Work: We had another plumber initially come over and said we would have to re-pipe our entire drain lines which went under concrete. We called ASAP plumbing. They came out the same day and said they could do the job without re-piping everything. They gave us a price of no more than $1,500. The next day they came out and performed the service and it actually ended up being less money than we were expecting. We couldn't of been happier with the service.

Description of Work: Chris Sutley, Ron, and James from ASAP were very professional, knowledgeable, and patient in dealing with upgrading a nearly century-old piping and discharge system in my newly acquired farmhouse! at first the estimate was fair and reasonable; however, as the examination of the conditions of the plumbing vs. electrical layout was determined it became an increasingly complex layout. However, ASAP gave me a revised estimate for the potential work involved (a 1 day plumbing job to a 3-4 day complete renovation of my intake-outake water and septic pipes) it was still to me a reasonable cost; They explained everything that was to be done, including replacing 1st and 2nd floor toilets and vanities and locating my new but not connected septic tank in my yard plus other tasks; a job well done!!

Description of Work: Installed two frost free silcocks from under the house in the crawl space. They were a little late due to a flat tire but once they arrived they finished the job quickly. Very knowledgeable and professional explaining exactly what they were going to do. Would definitely use their services again!

They are my first call for anything plumbing related at the shore. |They have worked on under the house frozen pipe issues, Hot water heater replacement, and boiler work.
