GREAT JOB - I have used them 4x for my semi-annual big clean and I have been consistently satisfied. They always arrive on time.

We were thrilled with their ability to get the job done quickly, efficiently and have scheduled them on a regular basis now. We love their services

They promise deep cleaning, & details ie corner, high dusting, scrubbing, door frames ect but don't deliver. I wasnt home when they came to clean. My motherinlaw who doesnt speak english called & told me they rushed in & out in 1 1/2 hrs & did a terrible job.Bathrooms werent deep cleaned as promise, no high dusting, & it didnt look professionals came into my house. I called Rocky back to complain & he sent them back. He sounded as if I was bothering & inconveniencing him. I arrived home & saw with my own eyes, after they came 2x how terrible of a job they did. Cobwebs on light fictures, bathrooms terrible, & lamps not dusted. NOT RECOMMENDED

He was able to meet my schedule within a day. The quality was superb and the the price was fantastic.

Very good for the cost

Other than being a little late, the crew that came to my home were very professional, and did a tremendous job for me. I was extremely pleased and plan to use them on a regular basis.

They arrived right on time. They were friendly and did everything I asked them to do. I would definitely use them again. The only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is that after they left, I noticed that the vacuuming of the wall to wall carpeting was only fair. No edges or corners were done, just a once over with the main upright.

Great Cleaning Service Would Use Again

The clean team arrived 3 hours late without calling to explain why. I spent the whole morning waiting for them since I was told they would arrive "late morning". They arrived at 2:30. When they arrived the cleaning girls were excellent. They did a GREAT job cleaning EVERYTHING. My refrigerator, and bathroom never looked so good!! My only complaint was the communication with the crew

The ladies did a great job! The *only* thing I wish they had cleaned was to vaccuum under the beds, if possible. We have hardwood floors, and under the beds we get dust bunnies. Besides that, they finished up in about 2 hours, and scrubbed everything so clean! Even the floor of the tub/shower was scrubbed so the no-slip grips were white again! The price was great, the response was immediate, and I recommended them to a friend nearby! Thanks!!

Never arrive on time or near the time they confirm Unreliable - did not show up today and finally called to let us know 2 hours after they were supposed to show. When I called Rocky he very flippantly said well we have three trucks and all three were broken. When i asked why we weren't notified he had no response. I found Rocky to be rude and lacking in customer service. Also every week a different crew shows up and no one speaks English so it is hard to communicate. I would definitely NOT recommend this service.

They were great this was a cleaning for me to move in and they did everything from top to bottom, I am planning on hiring them for monthly service, great job thank you..
