Description of Work: While initially they communicated well by the time the job was done it was six or seven phone calls. They had to come out twice as there was a miscommunication internally and only half the job got done. Hey, it happens, fine, but it was another month plus before they came back and then did a pretty lousy job. There was still clearly visible debry in the gutters.
