It was a last minute request and they accomdated my schedule (Friday afternoon to evening, 4 hours).  I was very appreciative of their flexibility.  They did a good job overall.  My only negative was the pricing since it was based on hours instead of the number of rooms.
I would use them again.

I like that they're consistent and they come every other Tuesday like we had spoken about. I don't like how they're not on time. I think their price might be just a little too expensive.

Purchased special through LivingSocial advertised as spring cleaning so price of $35 was excellent. I expect that with a regular clean all bookcase shelves would be dusted, chrome on faucets shining, bath rugs shaken out BEFORE replacing on floors. To me a Spring Cleaning includes more - moving and then dusting/vacuuming behind furniture, vacuuming drapes, dusting moldings, etc. This clean did not meet expectations of a regular clean.
Kitchen was excellent. I keep the kitchen fairly clean but left a few things that needed doing and they cleaned them (i.e., ice/water tray on outside of fridge) Very disappointed that vacuuming and dusting was not very thorough particularly in master BR and FR. Didn't appear that utility/laundry room was touched. Main floor was much better than 2nd floor, perhaps a different worker?  I wasn't able to be home and never met the gentleman who I made the arrangements with. He said he was bringing 3 workers, so I left good tips for each and expected a better job.
I asked him to give me a quote after he saw the house, but never heard from him afterward. Since I wasn't happy with the service I didn't follow up. Very disappointing. I was hoping to find a cleaning company I could rely on to clean for me.

Left a voicemail and they called me back pretty quickly.  Sent the team out on designated day and the cleaning was pretty good.  Was pleased with the service

They are very reliable. They are thorough and polite. They do a fantastic job.

First I want to start by saying that that we bought a deal offered by this company on Double Take deals, where we were promised $90 worth of cleaning (which was estimated by them as cleaning for a four-bedroom household) for $45.

The following are all the issues I have had with their service:

- They did not clean the bathrooms properly. Whenever I wanted to take a peek, they would close the bathroom door, do something, and when they came out, the bathrooms looked practically the same as before. They DEFINITELY did not clean the bathtubs at all as nothing was bleached and the original soap residue was still there from before the maids came.
- They did not dust and did not bother moving any items around in order TO dust. After they left, my wife had to personally clean for another couple of hours in all the spots they missed
- They did not do the windows. To be fair, they did tell me upfront that they did not do windows. However, they did not do ANYthing that resembled a window, including the dressing mirrors in our bedrooms

The worst part: I kept being told by the maids that since I PAID $45, that I will only receive $45 worth of cleaning. I kept reminding them that the point of the coupon was to get $90 worth of cleaning but we did not seem to communicate well in the end.
Also, we have been trying to contact the company to receive at a partial refund but it has been a month, and they have not contacted us back so far.

Sometimes the cleaning would be great and other times it would just be okay.

They are the cleaning crew I use. I am very happy with them. They do just cleaning. They don't do windows. I am going to use them every other week.
