The experience with Kevin was positive from the very beginning. He responded to the request right away and arranged an appointment. He arrived on time and was very professional. Later that day he emailed me a full estimate with different door options. When I called with some follow up questions he responded from home right away. When the doors arrived earlier than expected he called that day to arrange the install. The installation went fantastic. He worked all day and installed 2 garage doors and 2 new openers. A few days later I had a very small issue that he fixed the very next day. I cannot recommend KC Garage Doors highly enough.

Kevin was wonderful to work with. He returned my phone calls quickly and showed up consistently on time. His rates were more than reasonable. When I needed him to come back to make an adjustment on our garage door he came promptly. Most surprising was that he did not charge anything for the second visit. He is personable and easy to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone needing a garage door repair.

Took the time to explain not only the repairs but how i could extend the life my old garage door before having to replace it. Also reviewed the types and prices of new doors even though he knew i was not going to replace my current door. i will definitely use Kevin again.
