Ours is a 96-year-old home with a single garage located in the back of the house underneath the left corner of the first floor of the house. Because of the location of the garage, there are many plumbing and heating pipes running across the ceiling of the garage. In the past we contacted a number of garage door contractors and were told that not only would installation of the door be difficult, but it would be impossible to install an electric opener. Kevin from KC Garage Doors performed a true miracle. Not only did he install the new door and repair the door frame, he also installed an electric opener that works perfectly! GREAT JOB!

He did an outstanding job! He was very meticulous. I just bought this home and out of all of the contractors I had, he was by far the best. He did not try to cut corners. He explained the warranty. He was fabulous!
