As a retired Senior Citizen, this was my first time to have someone else clean my house. I was impressed by the professionalism of the person I dealt with on the phone to set up the process. And when my cleaning MaidPro, Keyla Arias, arrived precisely on time, I was even more impressed. Keyla quickly went about her work and was busy all the time she was here. Once she had finished, she asked that I check to be sure she had not missed anything. I did and told her I thought she had done a wonderful job. I also told her I will ask that she be the person MaidPro sends for my next housecleaning. I would recommend MaidPro of Union County and can't say enough about how great the house looked after Keyla left.

Usually goes well. Change of pro from time to time. Gloria has become my usual and gets the job done, for what I need.

We did not have her do the kitchen, as we were cooking that day for a party.

Where do I even begin to describe the deplorable, unprofessional service this company provides? Over the past year or so, I've given MaidPro a chance to become my home cleaner of choice. Each and every time I've been disappointed. While the prices quoted are good, the service is subpar at best. I'll refrain from listing what happened each time over this time period, (and have emails proving the problems) and will only relate last weeks service. Last Wednesday I schedule a full house cleaning. I typically only have my house deep cleaned by outside sources a few times a year. They honored the price of $165 given in the past, which is a very good one as most companies charge upwards of $300-400 for a one time clean. I was told that 2 people would be there, and they said 5 hours total since I had added an oven cleaning. They arrived more or less on time. I was not home but my husband was. One person went upstairs and the other began downstairs. Workers were pleasant and polite. After 2-1/2 hours, they left. I came home to find out that they had broken a bottle of flavored syrup all over the kitchen. To add insult to injury, one of them placed the broken bottle and pieces into the sink while I assume they tried to clean up the mess. My husband, helped also. As I walked into the house, I found the floor sticky and tracked it further into the kitchen. They never went back and properly cleaned the kitchen floor. In fact the floor didn't really look as if it was cleaned well at all to begin with. I then noticed the kitchen sink wasn't cleaned! How does a cleaning service miss the fact that they didn't wash out the sink? Worse, when I turned on the garbage disposal, I heard pieces of glass in it. Who puts broken glass into a sink? Now, I was worried that the disposal blades were going to break or get worn down. My husband, had to stick his hand down the drain in an effort to remove the glass. My powder room floor looks like it wasn't scrubbed well. There is dirt still on the bottom of the toilet lid in that room. All floors look cloudy, probably because they didn't use clean water to mop them up. The house doesn't even have a freshly cleaned smell to it. There is dust still under furniture - nobody thought to make sure that these areas were swept/vacuumed/mopped. There was still visible dirt on the floor of my living room. The stove interior hardly looked as if they took any care in cleaning it. It was a perfunctory job at best. They missed cleaning the stove hood - a place we find hard to reach due to physical limitations. There's more but those were the biggest and most noticeable items. I wrote the company listing my issues. This happens every, single time they come to my home. Each time, they have to send someone back the next day to re-clean. This is incredibly inconvenient for us and can't be cost effective for their company. I was contacted by a person in the office who couldn't believe they yet again screwed up (she knows me from previous cleanings). She promised me that she would have the ABSENTEE (her words) owner contact me to discus this further and also, did not charge us for the cleaning - much appreciated but I would have preferred to pay them and get service as we now have to reclean on our own. We are now more than a few days after the cleaning and the owner has not called. I told them I didn't want them to come back to reclean and she agreed there was no point. I can't believe that I'm the only customer who receives continuously poor service. Surely it's a problem with the company itself and how they are still in business is shocking to me. So, F's across the board for the actual work done. Being on time, and pleasant does not make up for the aggravation.Buyer beware - it appears that all the good reviews online elsewhere are being written by company employees. The ones on Facebook most certainly were. This company proves you get what you pay for. If it's too inexpensive, there is a reason. I'll go back to using other services that charge more but where I've received what I've paid for.

I was highly disappointed in the service provided. I found the company online and they offered the best quote, which was why I went with them. The customer service reps were very friendly and responsive and I felt I had made a good choice with the company. They sent me 2 girls for 5 hours (however, it is not 5 hours total, it is 5 hours between the 2 girls...2.5 hours each). The girls were pleasant, however they cleaned around things. We were in the process of moving and things were on the counters and placed in rooms, but instead of picking them up and moving them around the girls just cleaned around them, which was very obvious once the items were picked up and moved. Doors were not moved when they were vacuuming, so behind all the doors were dust and sand from the floors being refinished. My husband was hanging blinds in the dining room and I specifically said to him in front of the one girl, not to let the blinds down so she could come back and clean the windows and clean up that area. This was never taken care of. All the cabinets in the kitchen were not cleaned out, cobwebs were left hanging from light fixtures, the oven was not cleaned, nor was the microwave. However, all these areas were marked off as being completed on the checklist they provided. As they cleaned I saw them mopping my newly refinished hardwood floors without my approval, and when I asked what they were using I was told it was a vinegar based product that is soft and gentle on the floors and it would not hurt them. Later that weekend I went back and I had streaks all over my floors from the product. I saw them packing up to leave, and I had to ask them to come back in because they didn't clean an entire room. They came back and cleaned, however it was done in about 10-15 minutes and cleaned poorly. Prior to noticing the streaks on my floor, I called the company and expressed the dissatisfaction with the service to which they offered a $20 discount. When I saw the streaks I sent them a follow up email to include more of my concerns as well as other things I did not mention in our phone conversation. I never received a response to my email or acknowledgment of it, but I did however receive a blast group email about scheduling my next appointment. I can guarantee I won't be contacting them for a follow up cleaning, when I had to redo their initial clean. Now I understand why their quote was the cheapest, you definitely get what you pay for.

I was terribly disappointed with this company. I had received an email for a discounted price on house cleaning. I'd used them before a long time ago and didn't remember why I never called them back. After this service, I did. First of all, the person sent to my home, although prompt and pleasant, apparently had NO experience cleaning homes at all. We later learned it was her first day on the job. This was particularly confusing to us since when I made the appointment I mentioned the home had not been deep cleaned in a long time and would need a lot of attention. I wasn't home during the service. My spouse, didn't totally watch over the cleaning person, and didn't know he was supposed to check up on her work at the end. When I got home that night, I was appalled at all the areas she had missed, places which were completely in sight and reachable. This is the (shortened) list I sent to her supervisor: Kitchen:Inside of microwave not cleaned. Counters not cleaned completely. Does not appear items were moved out of the way to clean I found crumbs everywhere. Sink not cleaned. Baseboards not wiped down. Oven not cleaned as stated. Dining Room:There is a small niche area in the dining room, the bottom of it is still filled with debris.Baseboards not wiped down. Hallway: Found large balls of dust under small hallway table.Baseboards not wiped down. Living Room: Baseboards not wiped down. Downstairs bathroom: Floor not properly cleaned. Master Bedroom: Could have done a better job dusting overall, baseboards, etc. Upstairs bathroom: Window sills still dusty. Guest Bedroom: Only floor cleaned. She was running out of time. Guest Bedroom 2/Office: Nothing cleaned. She ran out of allotted time.\ Stairs: Not properly cleaned. Still dusty on treads, risers and baseboards. How does someone miss all of this? She was there for 3 full hours! After complaining, they sent 2 people to re-clean the home the following day. This, was inconvenient at best. I work out of the home, I can't take off days randomly. Luckily my spouse was able to be there again due to his schedule. The 2nd crew were much better, since they already had a list of what was missed. They were the ones that told my husband that the person sent the day before was inexperienced. The repeat cleaning was done to my satisfaction. While the price was very good, the fact that they are employing people who clearly aren't able to provide the services needed is suspect. Also, while they were eager to make good on the cleaning by sending another crew they should just make sure it's done right the first time. Never mind the inconvenience to a homeowner, but it can't be good financially for the company to have to resend people out. After all of this, I suddenly remembered that things had gone similarly wrong the last time I used this company. The lack of detail is astonishing. I highly doubt I would use them again, nor can I recommend them in good faith. I've been kind by giving them a C rating instead of an F. Only because they did own up to the poor service and attempt to correct the problem. Kudos to them for that.

It was fabulous. They were wonderful people; personally and professionally, they did a great job, I can't stop saying nice things about them. I had money and jewellery all over the place, but nothing was even stolen, so, they were honest too.
