John and Steve were professional,courteous, and punctual. They updated me on progress every day, and were always available to answer my questions and concerns. They knew I was a stickler for neatness and detail, and they delivered a beautiful interior paint job to my exact specifications! And the price was right, too!

They thoroughly explained how they would go about painting my house, especially since I had old lead-based paint on it. Then they did an awesome job and even threw in some extras like painting my railings! Very friendly staff!

J&S painters were very professional. The workers showed up early and competed the job on time. Their price for painting the exterior of our house was very reasonable. I paid extra for the paint and was able to select the brand I wanted. In general, I was very happy with their work. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Good job for a great value

I was very impressed that they worked with me to ensure my toddlers sleep schedule was not interrupted. The work itself was good and the people doing it were very nice. The only thing I wasn't pleased about was the fact that there was a lot of dust and clean up to be done afterwards.

When I decided to paint the interior of my townhouse, I once again went online to ServiceMagic. Having used their site before and been extremely satisfied with the results, I felt very comfortable in choosing one of their suggested painters. John and Steve were very professional and their estimate was right on target. The workers always come on time and put in a full day�s work and also weekends to get the job done. I hire them to paint my whole house plus door and windows trims. They deliver as promised and make sure that we are satisfied before taking payment.

the job turn out to be more difficult then anticapated, but they got the job done in reasonable time. there were minor issues after the work was done , came back the next day and took care of it. satified with the work, will use again.

I recently closed on a Condo and had a very short window to get the painting done on a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, livingroom and kitchen unit. I set up an appt to meet with John "JW" and he arrived on time surveyed the unit and gave me an estimate. My closing was postphoned causing an almost nearly impossible task of getting the unit done in time for new furniture, but John put me in touch with Steve his partner at J & S Painting who like John was very professional and arranged to have my unit painted in one day !!! Met with both John and Steve (J&S), one when the free estimate was given, and the other on the first day of work. Steve greeted me with a friendly hello and assured me that the job would look beautiful upon completion. As promised, it did. Steve and the crew did not take shortcuts and did a better job than I anticipated. Crew of Jimmy and Yugo were terrific, very friendly and accommodating. Jimmy took the time to go over the job, both during and upon completion, to make sure I was happy with all work performed. When combining, price, work and professionalism, I couldn't ask for a better experience, and they actually answer their phones!

John responded immediately to my request for an estimate to paint the LR and DR areas. He was personable & his estimate was reasonable. He worked with me to get the job completed within the coming week. The painters arrived early & worked diligently to complete the job in one day. They moved my furniture & replaced it when they were finished, made sure everything was covered while painting, and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves as well as helping me with my clean-up. They did a excellent painting job being extremely careful around wooden molding and walls that were staying as is. I am extremely happy with the job!
