The team response was on time and efficient. They found some more defective parts of the gutter structure and showed it to me. This part of the work was a little overpriced but overall work was done in appropriated time frame. Team was friendly and courtesy was a part of the service.

They did a great professional job. The only problem I expereinced was they used a defective ladder with no feet. One guy actually fell off ladder. Luckly he hit a snow pile and was not hurt.
