Janet = Amazing! I cannot thank Janet enough for the job she and her crew performed. I was in desperate need of a deep clean following construction projects within our home along with a couple of toddlers. I thought it was overwhelming, but when Janet came to do an estimate she made it clear it would be no problem. She voluntarily said she would include things that other cleaning crews had scoffed at in the past. We were lucky enough to book her within the a week of the estimate. She showed up when she said she was going to be here and we were thrilled with the results. Janet even went over a couple of things herself that he crew missed. What a great experience! Many thanks!

The crew did an amazingly thorough job. This is the first time we've ever use a cleaning service and not had to have them redo rooms because they sloppy or missed areas. It wasn't the cheapest option but we couldn't be happier with work done. I would definitely use them again.

Janet was great from the very first time we communicated. She took time out of her day to visit the house and with pen and pad in hand took notes on each room as well as things that I mentioned as being issues with other companies. The crew arrived when planned and left the house absolutely beautiful. They even removed rust stains on the tub that I had tried cleaning many times with multiple products. I would like to also mention they did this without being asked to. This was never even attempted by other companies.

I could not have been happier with the house cleaning that Janet's team performed! We recently had a baby and have not been able to keep up with house cleaning besides tidying up. When I reached out to Janet, she was immediately responsive and came the next day to give us an estimate. Her estimate was extremely reasonable and she was able to schedule a cleaning for the next day. The team did such a thorough job; they cleaned parts of our house that I would never even think to clean. They did such an excellent job; it's been a week and I still look around and marvel at what a great job they did. We will definitely be calling Janet again!

The experience with Janet's Cleaning was excellent. She was accommodating to my schedule and was able to do a walk through the day I spoke with her to provide and estimate. The cleaning was the best cleaning we've ever had. The girls were great and very thorough. The house has never looked this good.

Terrible. I came to check in on them and they looked like they were doing a great job. I left the money and said I would be back later. When i came back, the cleaners had left and had literally cleaned ONE ROOM. They never even went to the second floor. They never cleaned any floors on the first floor, bathroom etc. We had also specifically asked them to sweep the garage and basement and that was not done. I sent multiple pictures to the owner of the company who apologized and said she would send them back the next day at 10AM, which was a huge inconvenience as we had to be home to supervise and cancel our plans. The cleaners showed up 15 minutes late! I then had to explain again to them that no they were not hired to just clean the kitchen, that I was paying them $400 to clean the ENTIRE HOUSE. She said oh I never even went to the second floor so I didn't even know I was supposed to clean up there. While they were there cleaning I felt as though i had to constantly supervise them and tell them to clean this and that. I was also disappointed that the owner never followed back up with me to see if I was satisfied with the way they cleaned the house the second time they came. Not very professional. I would not recommend this company.

Awesome job!! Janet got in touch with me almost immediately after i had contacted her through Angie's list. She also came right out to see my home and to give me a quote. Her prices are very fair and they came that week to do my first visit! I was at work and left my key for them. I knew I was in good hands because they were on Angies list. I cannot begin to say how happy I was when I got home that day!!!! My house was SPOTLESS and I am very picky! A+ JOB!

I recently moved from an apartment to a condo - both in Cranford, NJ.The condo was covered in dust from an on-going remodel. The apartment was absolutely filthy from neglect during the packing/moving process. Janet's crew did an outstanding job in making both places sparkle. They came on time, immediately got to work, and delivered on every promise. I feel the charge for service was extremely reasonable and fair. I will definitely be using Janet's Cleaning Service in the future & highly recommend them.?

I needed a total house cleaning ahead of a party at our house. Janet came and looked over the house and then called back the next day with a quote. Janet's cleaning team came 2 days later and spent the whole day cleaning. Our house looks great including the windows. I would highly recommend her service. She even moved our mess (bed we are donating) in the hallway to the basement and cleaned in the unfinished area as well. I hope she is calling me back soon for bi-weekly cleaning.

The women who came to clean the house were terrific. I've been using Janet's Cleaning for over a year. The women work fast, very focused and very attentive to all the details that make a home feel clean and cared for. And they have a very positive attitude.

A few days later I hadn't heard from her regarding the quote and sent her a message. She apologize and told me that she had been short staffed and was working with a cleaning team. When she did get back to me with the price I asked about the reduced rate for finding her an Angie's List. She said that she could give a reduced rate but was again working with a team and would get back to me. I didn't hear back from her again and it has been over a week. I got the distinct impression that given her staffing issues she was overwhelmed and was concerned about booking someone in that situation for cleanings so I did not pursue it any further.

We have had Janet's service cleaning our home for several months now. Janet will visit to make sure that the services are performed to her specification and to ours. We have had a few times where the cleaners have missed items or have not left them as clean as we would like, and we have called or texted Janet and she immediately has responded and has always made sure that on the next visit those items were cleaned appropriately. Our home has been difficult to clean because of our work schedules and only just moving into the home. We hired Janet's service when we moved into the house to do a deep cleaning which was done beautifully. We have now finally completed the unpacking of the boxes. It has taken us awhile so things going forward will now be in their place to make the routine cleaning easier for them. If there is anything negative about the service, it is the communication factor with the cleaners. They don't speak English well. If I need them to do something specific, I have to let Janet know prior to their arrival so she may communicate with them. It would be helpful to have the ladies have a better understanding of English.

Janet responded promptly to my voicemail and set up an appointment for an estimate the next day. I thought the estimate was reasonable and her crew was able to clean the house the same day. They did a great job! They dusted the tops of tall pieces of furniture, cleaned behind furniture and did a very good job on the tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. I'm recommending them to my friends.

Very professional cleaning service. Very flexible and reasonable in price. They are hired on a bi-weekly basis because I'm very satisfied.

We were very pleased with their service. They were thorough and did a great job. They stayed until they finished what they needed to do and were pleasant throughout. They did such a great job that we have decided to use them on a regular basis.

Met with the owner first to get an estimate. we discussed what was needed. the 2 cleaning people showed up on the day scheduled, on time. they did a wonderful job. my home was spotless. look forward to using them again. the owner was a pleasure to deal with.

It went amazing. I could not believe how these women cleaned. It was worth every penny. They were so kind. They took their time. They were here from 2:00 to 7:15. They were METICULOUS! They even cleaned out the fridge and oven. Even the ceilings! I am so impressed. I will absolutely continue to use them. When I first heard the price I thought it was pricey but after they finished, it was worth every penny! I highly recommend Janet's Cleaning Service!

WOW WOW WOW. I wanted to take my time and write this review just to make sure I clearly paint a picture of how AMAZING this company was. I am a clean fanatic. My home to most people is seemingly spotless but because I have been trying to take it ease I have been hiring some cleaning companies but they are all so commercial with there check lists that only results In surface cleaning . I had finally decided to trust the review of Angie's list and give Ms. Janet a try and the level of cleaning she did put me a psycho cleaner to pure shame. When I tell you she didnt leave one area unturned that still wouldn't paint a good enough picture. I was as excited about the job as I was when we first had the home built. The staff was wonderful, efficient, respectful of every item and just d*** good. Ms. Janet is a no nonsense woman who takes pride in every detail however she is also my new found friend. She gave advice on how to make things easier, she herself inspected and recleaned if it wasn't to her standards and she just put me at ease for future work. I will soon be having surgery and for 6 weeks me on bed rest and I have total comfort knowing Ms. Janet and her team HAS EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL. Best monies every spent and can't wait to keep up with my reoccurring cleaning and Janet's words of wisdom. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK IT GETS NO BETTER, and I am the hardest to impress.

Spectacular job! I was amazed when I saw the house after it was cleaned. Everything was spotless, all the scuff marks on the walls were gone, and all the layers of dust were removed. The mildew in the bathroom disappeared, and even the dust inside the windows was gone. From the very beginning, I was impressed by her service. Janet called me back right away, and came to my house that same day to assess the amount of cleaning that needed to be done. She also gave me several recommendations for preparing the house for showing. I mailed her the keys, and she even came to the house to let my husband into the house one day when he forgot his keys. I highly recommend her company's services. They are very thorough, trustworthy, reliable, and do an amazing job.

At first we were a bit shocked at the quoted price but Janet convinced us that they would do a thorough job. Janet was also helpful with pre-appointment advice in terms of preparation. Her and her crew arrived at the appointed time and quickly attacked with a vengeance. Surfaces shined and parts were cleaned that I thought was already clean. We were extremely impressed with the outcome - Janet made good on her promises. One potential overlooked item was our oft used toaster oven which we had considered throwing away - when I looked at it, I thought my wife purchased a replacement but when I looked closer it was the old one which gleamed like new. They all worked very hard as although I didn't watch them every minute, every time I did take a peek they were all hard at work.Not only do we feel they earned every penny of the quoted price, we will bring them back for touch up work especially prior to open houses. It goes to show you can't always go on price but what you get in return for those dollars.

Janet's service is absolutely AMAZING! They were prompt and very thorough. When I got home from work, the place was cleaner than the day I moved in!!!! Everything looked so good and I was so pleased with the service, I will be using Janet and her team on a regular basis to keep the house super clean!!!
