Janet's Cleaning Service started by coming to our house to get a true idea and estimate of the size of our space. She came with a notepad to document areas to focus on and also make an honest assessment about where places were going to be trouble. Her estimate for the cleaning was provided within 24 hours, and she was really easy to schedule a time with. On the day of cleaning, Janet was running late from a previous job. She gave me plenty of notice so I could communicate with my husband (he was working from home) and gave me two options: accept a later in the day cleaning or reschedule for the next day. Since my husband would be around either way, actually having her come around later was not an issue at all and interfered with his workday less. It worked out for the best. When I got home, I didn't recognize my home at all. I had thought we were pretty clean people-- Janet has taken CLEAN to a new level. Her team was SO thorough. I've never seen my bathrooms so spotless or organized! They had moved things around to clean, but they put things back in a far more sensible way than I had ever considered. The team did an amazing job and left my house cleaned in places that I had never even fathomed to clean. I have a dog and a cat-- they worked around my pets without issue at all. I would hire Janet again in a heartbeat. I've already asked to have her put us on her calendar for a recurring monthly clean. Look no further-- Janet's team embraces the belief that cleanliness is next to godliness.

Janet and her team were excellent, very professional and incredibly thorough with our initial housecleaning. The house looks sparkling, and Janet's price was quite reasonable for the amount of time and effort spent on getting our home in such good shape. Janet's crew did an incredibly thorough job cleaning our home and were able to accommodate our needs on short notice. We've had a few cleaning services over the past few years and none of them come close in terms of the attention to detail and quality of work. So happy we found Janet and we're excited to have her crew cleaning for us biweekly moving forward.

Janet responded to my inquiry for a deep clean of our home which we were planning to put on the market. Janet arranged a time to come by the house that worked around our schedule. She spent the nearly an hour going through each room in the house, including the basement to assess what needed to be done and how it would be done. It was clear from that initial meeting that Janet is passionate about her work; that she is a warm and caring person. On the appointed day to clean, I was a bit nervous, not knowing how things would work out. When I got home Janet and the crew were just wrapping up. They’d spent an entire day working on the house. The first thing I noticed was the clean fresh smell, then how clean and like-new the house looked. I was amazed at how much Janet and the crew were able to accomplish (to be honest, the house was in dire need of a "double" deep clean). I immediately asked Janet to start bi-weekly cleanings. Having my home this clean gave me a more positive sense of self. I was so impressed, I gave my realtor Janet’s business card to share with other clients.

We contacted Janet after moving in to our new home. Typically, deep cleanings are performed before moving in; however, we weren't planning on having a service like this performed until we saw the condition the house was left in. To say the home required a deep cleaning is an understatement. The overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke was unimaginable and could be compared to what your clothes smell like the day after being in a bar with non-stop smokers. We tried everything...Windows wide open, baking soda throughout the house and an air purifier running 24/7 -- all with little to no success. We also needed to combat the smell of a small dog that was kept in a room for the bulk of the day. Janet was very responsive and accommodating to visit our home as soon as possible as we were especially anxious. Upon her arrival, her calming disposition put us right as ease and gave us hope that she could assist with all of our concerns. She was extremely thorough examining every element in each room and what she recommended for same. She provided a reasonable estimate of the initial deep cleaning together with a biweekly maintenance estimate later that afternoon. The cleaning itself exceeded my expectations. Having experience with cleaning services, I would expect to have to go over certain things because certain details would be overlooked. This was not the case with Janet. Her team was thorough, detail oriented and very professional. We were so happy with their services that we have decided to continue with them on a biweekly schedule. Very pleased with this experience. Furniture was moved, corners cleaned, windows and sills washed, every surface was cleaned. I am more than happy with the service provided and will absolutely be scheduling again.

First off, Janet the owner, was very professional and courteous and came to our home and gave us a very extensive and thorough run down of what the deep cleaning would entail. Every single time I contacted her, she responded promptly and always kept to her word! After choosing to have her company perform the deep cleaning we had decided on a date but she could not keep it due to not having enough of her workers available for that day, so we rescheduled for another day. After rescheduling, she and her team came to the home on time and did an amazing and very thorough job! Fantastic job! Janet was a pleasure to meet when she came to give us an estimate. We had them come in to do the deep clean. I do not think our house has ever been so clean. They were incredibly thorough, it feels great walking in the door each evening. They were great with our cats and we are having them come in bi-weekly to clean. Well worth the reasonable price.

I get her every other week when I'm here. I live in Florida half the time and Jersey half the time. I'd recommend them to anybody.

She was very professional, and on time. Very detailed and upfront with her costs. We had did a deep clean which was great! We decided to sign up for her bi weekly service and have been very happy with the it. Plus, she is great with our dogs, they love her and her team!

Janet and her team were very thorough and did an excellent job! Janet was very nice, and was flexible with days and times that worked for us. They arrived at 8:30 and were done before noon. The house was cleaned from top to bottom, even the outside of the windows were cleaned (per our request, the cost for this was extra). We will be hiring them again when our house needs another deep clean.

I have been working with Janet's Cleaning Service for a little over two years now and have been very happy with the service. We have hired a few different companies over the years and Janet's have been the most consistent of them all. We pay $130.00 each cleaning every two weeks, and I personally feel we are getting a pretty good price. A few times we have had an issue with something not being cleaned to our liking and usually Janet will personally come to our house to discuss the issues. She always answers my text messages quickly and even moves us on the schedule when needed even at the last minute. I highly recommend her service to anyone in the area that needs a reliable cleaning service.

So far - it has been wonderful! It is wonderful to come home to a clean home! I left timing blank because I agreed to have her come whenever she could (usually later in the day) since I don't have kids running around the house.

Got a deep cleaning and they did an amazing job for a great price. So good I even signed up for the bi-weekly regular cleaning. Great service and great business. Highly highly recommend. As far as I'm concerned there's no other as good.

At first contact, I knew Janet wanted our business. She responded to my email within hours, offered a few times she could come over for an initial assessment, and walked through the house with my wife for a half an hour. She then didn't talk about how busy she was, but asked when would be best for her to start, and made it work. Janet's team arrived at 11am and left at 6pm. Janet wanted to know what we thought as soon as we got home from work. The house was immaculate. Janet's team had moved a lot around, so they obviously got every floor and counter space. They cleaned our windows and sills, every inch of our infant son's changing table, and seemingly every inch of every room. We are definitely going to use Janet's Cleaning Services for maintenance. First cleaning was $250. We were quoted at $110 for every other week, $100 weekly.

They do it every two weeks. Two times a month they come over. They do the whole house. They're very friendly. They leave the area clean. We've been using them for four or five years.

Eugenia and her partner came here 10:00 on 9/24 and did not finish the job until 6:00pm. They worked without stopping. By the time they left my house was sparkling and shiny clean. They cleaned the grout on my kitchen floor and restored it to its original color that I hadn't seen in a good while. She cleaned my refrigerator and even got rid of my food that was nearing the end of its time in my fridge. My bathroom sparkled and shined. The ladies got on their hands and knees and even scrubbed when they needed to. The ladies were both very professional and very nice to work with. They went above and beyond what other cleaners have done in the past. They were extremely likable and good to work with. I will definitely will use them again.
