Overall a great experience from start to finish. Ed had great ideas and delivered on what was promised. The crew was very respectful and did a wonderful job on the retaining wall and new flower bed that tied into the wall.

Edwin is very personable and created a very nice design for our yard. The only reason I would not give a 5 star rating is that there were a couple small mistakes with moving some plants around. They fixed all but one mistake, but it was a very small one and wasn't the end of the world. Aside from a couple small hiccups, they did a nice job and I did not have to deal with any major headaches. Would definitely use them again.

This was a great experience. Ed came out and made excellent suggestions without trying to coax us into more than we wanted or needed. Work was completed in a timely manner with courtesy and professionalism. ALL employees were friendly and seemed genuinely concerned with making sure we were happy with the results. The final project was within budget and beautifully done!

The landscaping looks great! Ed from Create-a-Scape is definitely an investor friendly contractor. He has the experience, and more importantly, the vision to know exactly what is needed and can do it for a very low price. Contractors like him are hard to find. So this is less about the price and more about the his scope and approach to the project. Very satisfied, and we'll definitely be using Create-a-Scape for future Real Estate investment projects.

Edwin was prompt in coming for the estimate and had nice ideas about the side yard project. He called the day before the agreed date to confirm and the work was done with a minimum of disruption.

The quality of the cleanup was good, however, I was dissappointed that not all of my yard was mowed plus the contractor mistakenly mowed over one of my Hosta plants. I called the owner who then told me that the patch of holly in the backyard was not included in the initial quote and it would cost more to cut and that the Hosta plant must have been cut by mistake but I didn't need to worry because it would grow back. The plant did grow back but because it was already part way through the season, the plant did not reach the size of the other 7. Communication was poor and the total cost of everything was much more than I had budgeted for.

My experience with Create-a-scape went very well. Ed came out to evaluate the project. He was very knowledgable and had some usefull suggestions. His crew came on time and did a great job. I am using Create-a-scape for my fall project and would recommend this company.

The job was done beautifully and well within my budget. They even took a few trees out for a few extra bucks - create job and i will have them come back and do the sides as soon as i can.
