American Construction Roofing, Siding and Windows

DO NOT HIRE--ESPECIALLY TED!!!! Not only did he give me one price and then keep racking up the charges not once-but twice, he also refused to fix the damages that occurred to my property as a result of his construction. Once he realized he was not getting a check until the damages were repaired, he changed his tune. The next day after the work was done, there was still leaks in my roof and they had to come out again to fix them. Then when the bank made an error with my check, Ted called me 5 times a day and texted me repeatedly demanding payment despite the fact that there was nothing wrong with the check I gave him other than a clerical error. I felt harassed and anxious. Every time my phone vibrated for a day and a half I felt unsafe. For peace of mind, DO NOT HIRE!!

Greg, Chris, and the work crew were fantastic! They were recommended and I am so glad I chose them. Chris and Greg came over within 3 days to accommodate my schedule. They have a great product and gave me the best price. Chris and Greg took time to explain the process as well as took time to answer all of my questions and were very professional. Greg was available throughout the whole process. They did the roof for me within 1 week of my decision. Greg came over throughout the work day to check on the progress of the job. They were able to do my entire roof within one day. The crew was great, professional and friendly. The work they did was beautiful. The clean-up quick and spotless when done.

From the very first day, down to the end of the project, these guys are amazing!!!! Chris and Greg met with me several times, went over all the questions I had down to detail. There was no push to buy, like so many of the other window salesman. I felt they just wanted you to get exactly what you wanted, at a great price. Even when the guys came to put in all 10 windows, they were all very nice, pofessional and it was done in a timely manner. I am not going anywhere else for anything, next they will do my siding. This company really is the best!!!!!!!

Their price was very competitive, the clean up was fantastic, and my roof looks great. The owner Chris personally stopped out in the middle and was there at the end of a late big 12 hour day to make sure we were satisfied! I would recommend them for any work at your home!

This experience was second to none! EVERYONE on the team was respectful, and professional throughout the entire project. The sales rep. and project manager carefully listened, and helped us decide on a roofing system that was right for our home. All materials were delivered on time, and before the project began, as promised. The supervisor arrived well before the roofing technicians. The lead technician, and technicians arrived on time, made the introductions, and immediately began the work. My home, and property were protected from the removal of roofing materials, at all times. There are often unforeseen issues that arise with construction projects, and I was consulted every step of the way, BEFORE any action was taken! My roof was completed on time. The technicians took pride in their craft, and their mastery was evident in the beauty of our new roof. The yard was left free of all roofing debris, it was if no one was ever there. My recommendation is an enthusiastic YES!

Having been "burned" by a prior roofing contractor I was skeptical about finding the right contractor to do my new roof. Listen up people...you want a good contractor don't use this company...You want an EXCEPTIONAL contractor call American Construction. Everything and MORE was done as promised and completed in ONE DAY!!! Greg Dobkin,OM, Joe Gura, PM and Chris the owner even made periodic visits throughout the day to ensure the roof was being done correctly and to my satisfaction. No shortcuts or addon cost! I can guarantee you will NOT be disappointed!!!!!

American Construction was timely, professional, friendly, and were knowledgeable about their products. As a new home owner, I needed to find someone to help me walk through what the issues were with my leaky skylights and American Construction was exactly who I needed. I am glad that I called them!
