My journey began in late Jan. on a whim......I've been in my home for 20 years. My windows had to be 40+ years old. I called 3 different contractors. Once I read the reviews for American Construction I immediately cancelled the other 2 appts. From start to finish, the undivided attention is incomparable. I knew what I didn't want to spend and Greg (sales consultant) was kind in understanding. Also, my only option was a Saturday for installation. The job got put off 3 or 4 times due to weather. Greg stayed in touch consistently. Finally my install took place this weekend 3/3. Dominic & John could not have been more polite, courteous, and friendly. These guys showed up right on time and busted their asses all day. (9 windows) I never even heard them speaking to each other. It was just hustle, hustle!! No breaks, No lunch. Greg & Joe (foreman) showed up later in the afternoon. They hung out till job was complete. They did a walk thru with me. Any little items I may have found...they corrected. They will not leave until you are completely satisfied!! I had noticed some caulking that needed to be done, in addition I noticed my slider not working properly. Dominic stopped what he was doing and addressed that situation and corrected it. Couldn't be more pleased with my new windows or the professional & courteous service. 5 STAR HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Would highly recommend this company to everyone! They were very involved throughout the process, which included all new windows, siding, gutters, downspouts and painting. Project moved along quickly and we are extremely happy with the results. Great attention to detail. Our satisfaction is paramount, and we had absolutely no complaints!

Very personable, answered any and all questions before, during, and after the installation. Great value and quality for the money. Cleaned all debris from the property. Only took 7 hours from start to finish. Looks beautiful!

As promised, a crew of 4 showed up Black Friday to recap the front windows as the original job was sloppy. This time, the capping was not dented and the calk was smoothed. The guys were here about 2 hours and did a very clean job. They stand by their word that if your not satisfied, they will do what's necessary to please you.

They are very professional and I am very grateful they came to help me! They did my roof and I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family!

I heard about American Construction from my neighbor after they replaced his windows, they came highly recommended. When we called two gentlemen came over to demonstrate the window and talk to us about our options. These guys were so pleasant and made us feel so comfortable, we invited them to stay for dinner! They even let my 4-year-old in on the action, letting him hold the measuring tape while they measured the windows, he was pleased as punch! It was a stress-free process from start to finish. The installation was done meticulously and in a timely fashion. The windows are covered by a solid lifetime-warranty and they are energy-star rated. Since then they have done work for my mother and my brother-in-law and I will continue to recommend them!

They never did a high-pressured sales pitch. They were knowledgeable about the product. The nicest part was you could tell the genuinely cared about my familys needs. They took the time to ask the right questions, to figure out exactly what we needed. And they actively listened to our needs. Their windows are very high quality and come with a lifetime warranty. All of the products they showed us were Energy Star rated and approved, which was impressive. Their employees are professionals; the quality of their work is exceptional. During the in-home demonstration it was clear this is a quality product. My husband and I were sold. We immediately filled out a credit application; we were approved and got the work done the following week. We cant be happier with our decision. The install crew was amazing. These guys left our home in immaculate condition. Joe, the foreman, absolutely took his time and did a perfect job. He is meticulous. The guys who showed up to do the install were so nice and polite! With young children at home, the safety and comfort level was very important. We knew we could leave these employees in our house unsupervised, without any problems or concerns. Once the work was done my husband and I were so impressed! We never knew how much of a difference new windows, doors and siding could make in our home. Our energy costs have dropped by 20%, and we finally feel safe with the special locks and reinforced glass. We were able to get a tax credit for the Energy Star windows, doors and siding. This is truly and investment in our home and future. The best part of this experience was after the job was completed.
