called for appointment, receptionist had me try a few things (like holding down the button), told me that I should adjust the sensors and the problem was fixed without a service call or charge. Excellent customer service!

Though the owner is a good communicator, I was repeatedly frustrated with their employee turnover and reschedules. I also learnt that to save hassle for myself, it is better to replace entire door rather than a few panels. It eventually costs the same.

My door would not open last night, I called tgs garages and doors and they were here by 730 this morning, got my car out and repaired door at a very reasonable price.

We had 15,000. dollars to spend between a garage door and a new front door. We were able to get his done on budget with TGS garages and Doors.

Everyone we dealt with at TGS was very professional, knowledgeable and timely for all appointments made with them from the estimate to the installation of the new garage door. During the estimate we were shown all of the available products in order to make an informed decision. After the estimate was given, reviewed by us and approved, we were told that the garage door would be ready to install in approximately 3 weeks. That was exactly what happened. We were notified that the technician would be out to install the door on 02/17/20 between 8A and 10A. That's exactly when the technician showed up. He told me exactly what he was going to do and how he was going to do it while he was removing the old door and installing the new one. He was very friendly and professional. I can see why they hired him. All of his work was meticulous. When he was finished, the job was picture perfect. We highly recommend this company for any garage door work. In fact they impressed us so much that we're getting an estimate from them for a new front entry door!
