Installation was flawless and company followed up with call to see if all went well which it did. Rare in todays environment would use them again in a heartbeat

They said they'd install today, and did. Cleaned up nicely, and a very pleasant installer. No hidden costs compared to the original estimate. I'm happy.

Did a good job. price was very reasonable. The serviceman was personable and courteous. There was some inter-office confusion in terms of the scheduling. Hoever, once there they a good job. I would use them again.

A qulaified "yes" on recommending them. They were very courteous and very very prompt! Nice folks, but unfortunately way too costly. I engaged them nonetheless because I had a bit of an emergency, but to pay over $700 to have 2 garage door springs and cables replaced is excessive. My friends laugh at me when I tell them how much I paid! The cost is affecting my overall rating. I would galdly have given them 5 stars because they were very nice and very efficient people.

Eric, the service person, immediately diagnosed the problem with the garage door (worn out gears) and repaired it. He also gave me helpful advice about lubricating the door to prevent further problems. He was friendly, courteous, and a delight to work with. Judy was also friendly and helpful on the phone. I would recommend Total Garage Solutions highly. They are both honest and competent.

needed work was explained, work done quickly, and they even programmed the opener in my car and the 2 remotes that came with the new unit they installed, then they cleaned up, including sweeping up the styrofoam packing pieces

the installer Frank, was amazing. he was quick, accurate and very thorough. will definitely be recommending Total Garage Solutions and Frank to anyone I know that is looking for that type of service. Frank is a complete professional and should be commended for his services.

Moments after I submitted my inquiry to service magic, I received a call from several vendors. I went w/Total Garage Solution cause they gave me a great price, have life time guarantee on their work and they were able to come out the next day to install. They had to 2 garage door openers installed w/in an hr and told me how to work everything. Excellent Job!

Total Garage Solutions came to my house at 7pm, Friday evening. The installer Dave was an excellent representative. He fixed my door, which was only cables, but that makes it sound easy. He was a professional in manner and performance. My second choice would be Adel from Lakewood who arrived Saturday morning. The price was more then expected, but the promptness, professional and friendly manner of service was a closer for the price. Adel would have been my second choice for his arrival on Saturday was prompt. Thank you again for the service refferals! Al Stahl

Very personable and knowledgable about the workings of the door. He informed me that I had the best door from Clopay and I watched with fascination at his work as I enjoy knowing how things work and he was most gracious about it. So, it was a nice experience for me all the way around.
