Quality service call by Total Solutions with repair cost being reasonable. Only negative was that appointment was arranged for the morning and service man did not arrive until mid afternoon.

I was very pleased with the quality of the doors and the garage door openers. The two gentlemen that came to do the work did an outstanding job! They took the time to explain everything to us. They also programed the openers for us and my car. They cleaned and took away all the old equipment. I would hire them to do other work in my garage.

Volume company that gets good pricing on doors, so expect a good deal. Girl giving estimate was very knowledgeable, but was too forceful in trying to close the deal (think buying a car), then didn't return two phone calls. Door was ordered much later than promised, another mild annoyance. Office staff very kind and professional, lots of communication. Installers were fast, friendly and did very nice work. Were it not for the hard sell, would have been 5 stars.

All went very smooth start to finish. It just took little more than expected.otherwise all was done very proffesionally done.

Initially when they installed the door, it was the wrong door....a lower quality door. They then had to come back and replace it with the door that i had originally orderred. The service guys that put the door in more terrific....very knowledgable and nice. Overall, I would recommmend this company.

Quick and tidy. Came when promised and did a quality job. It was, however, $400 (for needed service I will admit), but I'm still in a bit of sticker shock.
