Company charges for estimate. When they came out only one of 2 springs was broken. The mechanic told me he had to replace both even though there was a separate price for each. It cost $511.46 to do both. I had no choice as I could not leave the garage until I could get the door opened. I will not call them if I need them again. They did the work was fine but I believe I only needed one spring. He did not leave the removed parts or show them to me before he left.

They are extremely professional, called back immediately, kept me in the loop with regard to when they would be at the house, explained everything they were doing and cleaned up the work area when finished. The only thing that kept me from rating a 5 was I felt some sticker shock and that the price was a little high. I suppose when I step back and take into consideration the parts are guaranteed for life, it puts the pricing in perspective.

Excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed the problem quickly and expertly and gave clear advice about the different options for the future, in terms of replacing the garage doors. They also arrived promptly as requested and called ahead to say they were on their way. Overall, great!

They showed up on schedule, completed work quickly. Quality of materials was consistent with cost. One section of door was damaged, they had to order a replacement which they came back and re-installed without any problem. I was especially impressed with the mounting hardware installation, much more sturdy and professional looking then the home builder�s from 35 years ago. Overall, happy with the company and would use them again.

I am very pleased with the work and as a new home owner I appreciated the garage door maintainence tips. The only negative is the large window of time the appointment is scheduled for. If you could find a way to narrow that - even by an hour - it would make things a little easier.
