Workmanship excellent; one can count on a good job from this provider; also quick response to our outreach in emergent situation. Our torsion springs failed--one of the 2 broke and the door could not open. The company came out within an hour and a half at 11:20 PM and replaced the two torsion springs. The only issue was the cost of the springs: $189.00 for each of the two springs---a total of $378.00 just for the springs ordinarily less than $50.00 as I later learned. The total for the repair we needed was $553.09. The job took about an hour and one-half. If you can get pass the cost, this provider is just fine.

He was due around 1:00PM .But called and arrived around 9:45AM , which was fine. The garage door looks good and works fine.

Dave, arrived early in my time frame, which was excellent for me. He was very pleasant and professional. Dave did a review of my garage and explained what needed to done. I felt he gave me a honest review and the work was completed to my satisfaction. Annette in the office is the best, she answered my questions thoroughly.

Door was not delivered within a time frame that we were led to expect. Otherwise everything was great. Fast response time for quotation request and installation was very good. Thanks for replacing my old broken garage door.

When other companies could not come out to replace our garage door opener for several week, TGS came out in 1 week. He was professional, courteous and quick. He even helped me program my car to open the door!

After paying $511.46 for a replacement of two torsion springs, I felt ripped off. I then discovered that the heavy duty springs that they told me were $249 can be had at most stores for under $50 for the pair. The labor also took under an hour to do the installation. Very expensive in my opinion. Lesson learned, get several quotes before agreeing to have work done, especially through this company
