When scheduling they gave me a time frame for arrival, but I asked them to reduce that window by an hour, and they were accommodating. The tech called me a half-hour ahead of arrival, and arrived on time, and well within the time frame that was scheduled. I needed for the spring to be replaced, so he explained the repair options from replacing the single spring to a rebuild (replacing both springs, pulleys, cables, and rollers). I already knew beforehand that I might want rebuild b/c the old parts. The price compared to a single spring was worth it. Now, it operates smoothly and quietly.

salesman was great. Answered all my questions. Price was middle range of the estimates that i got. Installer came on time and did a very good job. Cleaned up all debris and left instruction booklet. They offered send someone out to install my garage door opener within 24 hours of my first call. I decided to replace the door also and since the door I wanted was in stock I had to wait until the next business day I had any dealing with were very pleasant and friendly. When I had a question after the instillation they were happy to answer my question and I was told if I had any other questions I could call anytime.
