The service rep that came out, summed up the problem immediatley, gave me the price and went to work. He also decided to not replace the motor since after he sprayed the rails it seemed to be working fine. He was honest and there aren't too many honest companies and people out there. I will use them again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to others. The person that recommened them to me had the same experience.

Inquired about the work I needed done on Home Advisor, hit submit and my phone was ringing. TGS's person was very nice and answered all my questions, set appt for the next day for installation. Installer came out answered my questions and install my opener. Very very nice and friendly. Totally amazing experience.

Their price was double of the other companies recommended....I thought they were charging $250-$300 for service but it ended up $490...I talked to other company recommended, but it was too late. Second company said they could do the job for $250-$300

The sales person, installer, and the scheduler were all accomodating and great to work with. I got two garage doors. They arrived on time, but the company worked with me on getting them installed because I was not ready when they came in. The installer came on time, cleaned everything up and left with the doors looking awesome!

Great quick service. Squeezed an appointment in for me on a saturday since it is a vacation home and I was not going to be there to the following weekend again.
