TGS quoted a reasonable price to install a new door + garage door opener to us. Their tech took great care in completing the job to our satisfaction and walked us through the various features before leaving. I would recommend them !

Customer Service was fast to respond and friendly. Tech quickly assessed what was needed to fix and ordered the necessary parts (door is custom). They came back the following Saturday to install and the work was completely in under two hours. Professional, knowledgeable and fair priced. Could not be happier. Repaired door is so quiet now, I'm considering replacing parts in the other door before it breaks.

They came when they were supposed to come and did a decent job.

The technicians that did the work were very personal , explained whato my options were for my repair, took their time for the repair and showed me their work when completed.

They came and checked the garage to be sure their quote was correct. No up selling and no confusion. They came on time for the installation, explained everything and left the site in good order. Their communication was very good.

My garage door opening is just over 6-ft. TGS worked out the complexities of the job, gave me a few options and worked with me to ensure the garage door would work great. It does. These guys were professional, cleaned up great and were very courteous. I highly recommend them.

On time, very good deal and quality of work

The reason for the 4 stars, is they charge for an estimate but do remove it if they are hired. The door needed more parts than we thought & they even added a key pad remote opener. The job took longer than expected because of the other found problems. The doors work well now. The technician arrived early and was very through.

The whole tgs experience was perfect. From Annette who called me almost immediately after I emailed the company to Darren who came to the house to give me the estimate to Jason who did the repair work. He called half an hr before he arrived and was wonderful. Courteous, professional and efficient. Would HIGHLY recommend them!!! And did I mention that their price was the best out of 3 estimates?? I received a call from this company within minutes of sending message. The tech who came to repair the garage door could not have been nicer or more skilled. He fixed the door and explained everything he was doing. Spectacular service, price, and speed. Highly recommended!!
