TGS came the same day I called and installed my new garage door springs within an hour of arriving. Their price was a bit higher than a vendor I used a few year ago for the same service but the garage doors open much smoother now. I would recommend TGS to a friend.

Bad service, Unprofessional. Bad at communication

I got a 12ft sliding door installed. They arrived at 11am and left at 5pm. From outside you don't even notice they did any work. From the inside I, of course need to redo the paint above the new door (they had to add a large beam). but without it it would have been an easy no brainner job and very clean....

feels like a rip off pro. asked to charge $125 for something that sells on Amazon for $25, a simple steel wire cable is another $125, and ofcourse all other parts need to be changed. Typical over price and scare tactics. What should be a simple job is now over $450 and ofcourse now you should just buy our complete package and we will make your dooe like new. i told the gentleman that id get it done with someone else and ofcourse they still want $85 call out. would never trust people like this

Bring in great expertise

The contractor did a good job on fixing the garage door but was definitely trying to upsale me with special deals. I did not appreciate that aspect but after 2 unsatisfying experiences with Yellow Pages garage door companies this was much better.

I had a garage door opener installed today but one of their technicians. He arrived promptly within the time frame I was given. He did a great job installing the opener and was very thorough in making sure it worked perfectly. Very pleased!

Dealing with the office staff was easy, they clearly communicated what was involved with the quote and were very flexible in scheduling the installation. The tech that came out, Sal, was very courteous and knowledgeable, not only on the technical side of things, but the company and it's background as well, a sign that shows he cares for what he does and who he works for.

TGS is very responsive, I was able to reach them directly, appointment was scheduled quickly. The day before appt. I received a confirmation call and day of appt. they call 30 minutes, if not more, before arrival. Repair personnel are courteous and able to communicate clearly the work to be performed.

Everyone that we interacted with via phone or in person were cordial and professional. I highly recommend TGS.
