It took a while to get while to get a technician, the office had to reschedule twice. But, once he got here, Damien was a consummate pro and did excellent work.

The technician, Sal, was helpful and very pleasant to deal with.

The salesman was very knowledgable, courteous and honest. The installer was really good and knew his job really well and he was really neat and cleaned up completely.

Utter nonsense. Advertise they do ANYTHING with garage doors...uh No! Project still in process since June...I give a little credit to there stick to it-ness but that is because I haven't finish paying. Salesman was real convincing but back end is terrible.

Replace a pair of extension springs. arrived on time and did a good job.

I need an outlet in my garage ceiling and they could not do it. I was not able to get the job finished. Trying to find someone to do a small job. One outlet .

Sal was prompt, called before he came to the appt & was there EARLY! It was nice to have a service person arrive in the very early part of the window the companies give you. he was at my house BEFORE his scheduled time frame window. Sal was professional.courteous & on the ball. He immediately went to work to find the issue. not once did he try to convince me that there was something more serious(expensive) wrong, he was totally honest. Sal was professional, sharp. very courteous & efficient!! Thank you Sal for the excellent work!

The work was scheduled for 12/08 and the tech started the work. Unfortunately, the Tech suffered an injury and he could not continue with the install. At this point, I was left with one garage working and one not. I expected the office to dispatch someone relatively soon. However they said that they were booked up completely. Anyways, I rescheduled for Friday the following week. Then I called back to schedule for Tuesday ... the office rrep confirmed and missed booking the calendar I suppose. I was at home waiting on Tuesday 12/12 and when no one showed up I called to find out that they never scheduled me for Tuesday - !!! Although this could be a honest mistake.... The tech did try to sell me extra $75 per tail claiming it was better than my Chamberlain one. ... I had ordered a top of the line chamberlain system ... he was trying to tell me that they have better ones .... I just got a feeling that I was getting push backs. I mentioned this to the office - I do not have conclusive proof but the experience was not somehow good. I want to give the benefit of doubt - we have a tech coming over on 12/15 - let me see if this guy tries to sell me stuff I do not need :-) By the way, the office gave me a 10% discount for my inconveniences. They can do better perhaps :-)

Sal was an excellent technician. I appreciate the fact that he tried to inform me, but not sell me on what my garage doors needed. I intend to use this company when I replace my doors.

Prices were obnoxiously high. They were more interested in selling me an insurance policy than fixing my garage. Not happy with home advisor either as they gave me one option. Find someone else

On time and had 2 doors installed and new door openers -1 was difficult but and he took his time to make sure everything was correct. Would recommend.

Good job .. 20 minutes 200.00 a little steep. Up selling 1 spring turned into 2. And 25.00 For a pulley was steep . On time and did a good job .
