The original install was HORRIBLE. Ron came with the wrong rails - he said it wasn't his fault- even though he picked them up. He had to go back to the office to get the right ones. He returned with the new ones (gone over an hour). A little later on we went into the garage for another reason and noticed that the window section of the garage was at the top of the garage and not the one section down (the third section of the door not the fourth). As the order and the contract both state where the windows are to go we brought that to Ron's attention and he proceeded to uninstall the door and reassemble in the correct pattern. Again, not his fault. Then he opened the box for the opener and said the electric eyes were missing from the sealed box. Again he said not his fault. He gathered his stuff up, even though he said they had them back at the office but he didn't want to go back to get them, and said he was off the next day. That someone else, maybe he, would be back on Monday. He put parts on top of a refrigerator in the garage. Not in a box, just laid them on top. We asked if we could put the garage back together as we had to clear the area for the install. He said yes. So we did. We cleaned the garage area and floor enough that one "could eat off it" if you wanted. Not really but you get the idea. We set the original install date for a Saturday so that my wife, who only gets paid on days she works, would not have to lose a day's pay. But now she had to take Monday off to complete the 1 day install. We spoke with Customer Service and they offered to take $50 off the final bill. A bit less than what my wife gets for a day's pay, but that is what they offered. I gathered the loose parts he left into a box and then proceeded to put the garage back in usable condition. He returned Monday - non too happy. Maybe because we called the office and expressed our displeasure at the poor performance and incomplete installation and that was shared with him. He started the job and proceeded to blame us for TAKING the wall unit. Not misplacing or moving, but taking. But amazingly he had a spare wall unit. He installed the electric eyes and wall units. As he was gathering his equipment to leave, my wife notices a message on the activator. It says refer to the manual. When my wife brings this to his attention, he says he does not have a manual as this is an upgrade. My wife continued to ask as she was in disbelief, and he finally reached into his truck and pushed a booklet into her hands. Though it had the answer to fix the message on the unit, it was not the proper booklet. Again he wanted out of there. He left the floor strewn with many metal staples and the door full of finger prints. OK the finger prints could be removed, but if we didn't check the floor we would have had 4 flats. We were told by the salesperson - Al P, that the area would be clean when the installer left. It was not. We emailed the office the above and called to speak wit

I believe the installer name is Brian I have to say he is a professional in all the extend of the word is not often that you get to see a real professional worker if all the TGS installers are like him they are going to be in business for a very long time i am very pleased with the job he did I will recommend this company to any body that want to install garage door done the professional way

Stephen was professional and explained everything to me to help me make a decision about the garage door openers I wanted to install. He was fast and explained everything after the installation. I would recommend them.

The sales rep was very through and Explained everything. He was extremely knowledgeable and took his time explaining He answered all my husbands questions. We had called another co who never showed up for our appt. the next day the sales rep came, he just wanted to make a sale. We are very happy that we choose TSG for the installation. The techician was excellent. He was organized and cleaned up as he went along. So happy we went with TGS. Recommend this co highly. Would us them for other products.

Quick response but a little expensive.

Very professional.. explained in detail and did the excellent service.One thing to note is that they don’t use outside materials Home Depot etc. Their price includes material and warranty. But I felt it’s value for the money. I recommend them for any garage door work..

Was easy to make an appointment and they followed up the night before to confirm and then called 30 minutes before arriving to the house. They came within the window as promised. The technicians where friendly and informative. Review and showed me the issues with my equipment and let me know the cost upfront before making repairs.

Repairing garage doors has always been a hassle, but working with TGS was easy. They called 30 minutes before arriving during a 4-hour window. Sal was polite and explained what needed to be done to fix my immediate problem and let me know the other areas to watch. He also showed me how to lubricate the door—hinges and all. I felt the charge to replace my very old sensors was fair and reasonable. I’m planning on calling TGS again when the weather thaws so I can replace the weather stripping on the bottom of both garage doors. I’m very happy with TGS and Home Advisor.
