I was extremely happy with the service I received from start to finish of my garage door replacement and installation of a garage door opener and also entry door replacement and storm door replacement. Two installers were sent and each worked on their own project. They worked continuously without stopping until everything was done. They did a beautiful, professional job and I have recommended TGS Garages and Doors to all of my friends. They truly did an awesome job and will only use Home Advisor when I need a contractor from now on. This was my first project and have used them again since.

I called for a broken spring. When all said and done, it cost me over $1,000.00. I could have gotten a whole new garage door for that. I was never quoted a price for the job other than the $79.99 fee to come out. All he kept saying was I recommend this and that and when it came time for the bill I almost had a heart attack!

The customer service rep Holly was very nice. The communication was quickl and courteous.. Ryan the service tech was friendly and explained to me what was needed. He fixed my door so we could open and close it. Great service. Will use them again.

Kimberly, the Customer service representative, was friendly, well informed and took the time to answer my questions. The Tech was courteous, on time, worked quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed with Nick, the Tech who provided me with options and defined each in detail. My garage door now works, efficiently, and I am very pleased with the repair work. I will definitely use this company again, and would have no problem recommending them to friends and family.

They came in performed the work as expected but the work which they did costed more what my estimation is . The overall service costed me $692 for 10 years warranty.

THE representative from TGS, to my surprise, was a very honest individual. After he evaluated my garage door opener, he determined that I did not need a new opener. He made a few simple adjustments to the opener, and now it works like a charm. The TGS representative, could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge, and told me I needed a new system. Instead, he helped me, the customer. When we hire a contractor we always want good service, however, almost as important, we want someone that is honest. Thank you TGS for your honest service.
