Changed garage door opener and replace guide wheels on both doors. Came on time, worked expeditiously and left everything in order.

Scheduling was quick. Kristina got all the details about the work, and gave me the correct information on pricing, procedure. And scheduled the work. They called me the previous evening and confirmed the appointment, Steve (Technician) called me 30 minutes before his arrival and he was on time. Inspected the broken spring, and the door. Suggested a Warranty Package, as there other parts that were worn out. Got the work done, replaced the worn out parts. Explained me on where to apply lube on various parts, and why its required, how to know which part is broken... Cost was a bit on the higher side (compared to what my friends paid a year ago), but i don't think i have any regrets!!!,

The repairman came out quickly and was able to fix the initial problem (broken spring bracket) with the garage door as well as alert me to deterioration which could have resulted in another broken spring and potential injury or damage to the garage. The repairs were completed quickly but well, and the repairman was able to work around items in the garage without my having to move everything out of the garage. The final bill was very reasonable and fair. Very good overall experience and I would hire again for any door repair or replacement.

Was very unhappy with the first technician. However, the company did listen and sent a second technician who was very knowledgeable and professional. While the rating for the first technician would be pretty low, the second technician definitely deserves an all Five rating so I gave them an overall rating of 4.

They were punctual and extremely efficient in their work. Installation of two doors was originally estimated to take at least half a day. Actually was done in just under three hours. I would highly recommend.
